      After a few little set backs (due to weather and injury), the outside of our house looks amazing! There were several additions and changes to the original quote and ** was happy to accommodate! At first, we were a little frustrated because we assumed stuff was included in the bid that wasnt (for example repair work to the soffit and fascia). When ** started asking if we wanted him to do certain things and how much extra it was going to cost, we felt like he was trying to nickel and dime **. When we went back to the contract, those things that we assumed would be included in a siding quote were not there. So our advice is to make sure you know exactly what the quote includes. ** was great about asking questions to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted. He was flexible, accommodating, and enjoyable to work with. I felt like his prices were reasonable and fair. We also trusted him to be unsupervised on our property while we were away.

      Excellent work, done on time at a reasonable rate. Also willing to discuss options and make minor adjustments to the work plan if work requested may not meet customer expectations.
