    Purchased a vehicle from the **** side of Parker Toyota, getting back on my feet after the last couple years kicked my a** Had $1,000 down payment, paid $600 at time lf delivery and owed $400 roughly a week ish later, I was 1.5 hours away on the due date and got to town and realized I left the envelope at my friend's place, I called and let them know I had to go get it...Weather turns bad in the night and as I spoke to my *** the next morning she told me she will go pay it so I dont have to drive on crappy roads, I never got a phone call, text, or email stating payment was not received so didn't think anything was wrong until a week ago I go out to my car being reposessed. I quickly learned that this was 100% because ***** an accct manager dislikes my #1 reference and quickly she began to slander her name, telling me that she told everyone to triple check all my info I provided cuz my friends business was fake since she couldn't find it on the Business search on *****, ********** license is not needed....Also Idaho law states the dealership has to provide written notice stating their intent to repo if past due amount is not brought current within 10 days, apparently this same gal thinks they are above the law, and lastly they told **** couldn't keep my loan so no options to pay and keep my car but have allowed others in the same situation pay the past due and keep loan going which is 100% DISCRIMINATION. They need to give my car back and 100k for the emotional damages they have caused my 10 yr old daughter and myself. They need to be stopped....

    I had cancer and was going through chemotherapy. I asked if the car company would lower my payments for the time I was doing chemo. They did and did not tell me I would have a side balance of the amount I was not paying for. They kept adding up the other 250 each month, and I didnt know about that. They said we would talk about paying it back when I was back to work. Never once did they tell me that I had a running balance, I figured they tacked it on to the end of the loan and my minimum payments would go up. My car was totaled just as I went back to work by someone who pulled out in front of me, it was not my fault. The other guys insurance company paid off my loan but then Parker Toyota said I had a balance of about 1500. I did NOT know this. They told me that I needed to pay the balance. No where did they tell me I had a balance until my car was totaled and that the payoff wouldnt cover it. I tried working with them but they werent having it, they closed my account and dinged my credit. I did offer to pay ***** a month because I didnt want it on my credit but they completely ignored me and sent it anyway to collections. I do not feel that I owe anything at this point because they never told me they were doing a running balance, the car was totaled and then they refused to work with me.

    Never in my life have I been so beyond disappointed. One car after another after another with constant issues immediately after buying, and some of the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. ******************* is a disgrace who practices predatory lending and has a foul attitude.

    I purchased a car from Parker Auto Credit back in January of 2023. I was told that the car went through Toyota's inspection and that the dealership spent $3,000 to fix the car before it was sold, including a brand-new set of tires. Fast forward 3 months and I notice that my tires are missing rubber. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the tires were rubbing on the wheel well of the car, and digging deeper, this dealership knowingly put the wrong size tires on my car. I brought it to their attention and so far as of today, I have been waiting, getting the run around, and being told one thing or another, nothing ever matching what the previous person said. It will be 3 weeks this Monday that Parker Toyota Auto Credit has known about the tires, 3 weeks I have missed work because these tires are unsafe for me to drive on, even though ***** told me that they were just fine, even though I am missing rubber. I am beyond frustrated with this dealership. Granted I needed a car due to an accident I should have died in, but this back and forth and ignoring my calls and texts and emails is unprofessional at best. You have KNOWN about the tires, you even took pictures of your mistake. and then to tell me its okay to drive on them? Negligence at best there as well.

    They have fixed the issue better than I would have imagined
