I gotta say I was really pessimistic about Total Tax being able to help me with my tax situation. After working with them for over a year, I would say they are a **************** and really put the effort in to get you a successful resolution. Shout out to Mark at Total Tax. The Team at Total Tax has been nothing less than professional, extremely knowledgeable, exceedingly patient and most importantly, each and every one of them exhibit genuine care. From the first call I made to Total Tax, these professionals were able to replace my fear and embarrassment to feelings of relief with light at the end of the tunnel...and I mean a bright light! I hired Total Tax, Inc to help with some tax challenges I was having. I, like many hardworking Americans, find the tax system a bit hard to navigate at times. I had always filed my taxes myself, but due to earning more income, my tax bracket changed and my return became a bit more complicated. I owed a pretty large amount to the *** and need help getting set up with a repayment plan. My representative, *********************, was a consummate professional. *******************************, my case coordinator, kept me informed and was so nice to work with as well. ***** listened to my situation, understood my predicament, and quickly calmed me down from call #1. He got to work getting me set up with a power of attorney so that Total Tax could keep the *** from garnishing my wages or sending me delinquency letters. I simply wanted to fix the situation, not evade paying taxes. It's just that when you're starting from a lower level of income, and then work your tail off to earn more, that transition from lower income to upper income can be shocking if you're not aware. For a reasonable fee, I was able to have Total Tax completely take over the process for me and work with me to get things in order. Now I have a plan, and my 2022 Tax Return was just filed (my amazing tax preparer, *********************, was so personable and patient with me and did a great job preparing my return). I have the most confidence about filing this year than I've ever had. If you have some tax concerns because you ended up owing money to the *** and don't know what to do--don't ignore it! Call Total Tax and let them help you get squared away so that you can have peace of mind knowing you're getting your tax situation together. This was one of the most consequential investments I've made for me and my family. Nothing beats peace of mind, and Total Tax made that a reality for me.
