Since 8/22 to 02/23 I have worked several jobs..I filed an unemployment claim after I was discharged from my last employer..since then I have received a letter that I qualified as a insured worker they even told me what my benefits would be the week. However, I faced a lot scrutiny during the process of trying to obtain my unemployment. So I appealed several decisions because they would say per job, that I was in the wrong by abandonment my job which was not true. Then I had a hearing that I wasn't qualified my last employer decided to fire me 2 weeks later after the horrific casualty that occurred on the job site and their reason was that I couldn't make it in on a snow day which I did come in on the snow day with the next day was ice I Stay 30 minutes away from my previous job and I chose not to drive that day to work to jeopardize my vehicle and my life however during the the office of tribunal affairs would not give me a chance to explain the abuse I was going through at my last job she denied me unemployment because I was let go do to my occurrence based on day of the ice I think it had more to do with me having to come back to work the next day after the coworker was was smash by a tree which I tried saving his life that left me mentally unbalanced and now since I have appealed that decision I received a letter stating a fact it was going further review by a higher Department because of what I was exposed to at the work site now I'm starting therapy and recovering from what happened at this worksite which totally could could have been avoided because we were not in safety PPE I felt my life was also endangeredInitial Complaint

I filed for unemployment in April 2021. And protested the decision. They turned around saying that I had not protested. I responded with proof that I had responded and appealed the decision. On 5/08/2022 I filled a claim for unemployment, 2 weeks later I was told to certify for my benefits. At this time more information was needed from me, 05/23/2022 I provided the additional information asked of me. Unfortunately I still didn't receive my payment, I sent the unemployment a message on my dashboard - still no answer. I also left several more messages about my claim - on 05/30/2022 I called the unemployment agency and was told that ( they can not tell me anything about my account, and that i have to keep watching my dashboard for changes). Another week went past and no changes - all the paperwork is submitted, I called again on 06/06/2022 to talk with a agent, the agent told me ( they're is no time frame on when you get paid or when a agent will look at your case - we still work like we in the pandemic) at that time I explained to her that we are not in a pandemic and it shouldn't take that long. Not a month to view a person case especially when all the paperwork was put in weeks ago, at this point she said there is nothing I can do for you. This is not standards the government stand on, you can't not hold my payments because you to lazy to do your job - nor can you tell me that it isn't a time frame on a case load.I'm seeking immediate payment to my account.Initial Complaint

I worked at Amazon from 01/02021 to 05/2021. They wrongfully terminated me over the production rule which is another situation. This was **** So I filed a unemployment claim. The website wouldn't let me claim online. I was forced to file over the phone. I called the number and a girl named Heaven, she said it was, took my claim. That was the first suspicious thing that happened. Second, they sent me a errored decision letter about my case that is unprofessional. It claimed in the letter, the rules say all you have to do is make $3000 plus dollars in one quarter a year, 3 months, to qualify. You made $7000 plus in one quarter, therefore you didn't qualify to get unemployment, What kindergartener took my claim don't know that $7000 is more than $3000. That was the reason for denial. I called them back and despite the obvious error they told me I had to file an appeal. I filed the appeal and they ignored it. October I was hired in Romulus Amazon but they again wronged me so I had to file that as a claim. So this time online allowed me to file and they instead approved it. But in the letter they noted now that you are approved you have to register with Michigan Works. Thats all no deadline given. Next week I registered. After I register I got a letter said I had to filed as a deadline dated Monday after I got my approval letter. That was another error. I called and they again said I have to appeal and this was December. Now it is May, 5 months later and they still not responding to my appeal. But both my claims were responded to within two weeks or so of filing. Both were mishandled. And both I had to appeal then they through me on a long term shelf claiming Covid was backing them up on response.
