      I have attempted to have my name and properties removed from their mailing list, was told that they would do so, yet is either unwilling or does not feel the need to do so. My properties "ARE NOT" FOR SALE! The company hides behind mail drop address's and ****** phony phone numbers

      ************* called our company on 3/24/22 requesting to be removed from our mailing list.  We gladly acknowledge we would be happy to do so and communicated there are two options to go about getting an address removed.  The first was to visit takemeoffthelist.org and enter their address.  This is a free service.  The second option is to provide there address and we would be happy to remove them from the list on our end.  ***** chose to provide an address to us.  Our records indicate the address was entered into two separate DO NOT MAIL services the very same day the phone call was received.  That being 3/24/22. During the first call it was explained that due to mail orders having to be placed far in advance, it is possible to receive 2 to 3 more mailings before they will stop receiving our mail.  It should be mentioned that throughout the call ***** was very rude and swearing the entire phone call.

      Fast forward to today, 5/16/22, we received a second call from *****.  Initially, we did not recognize the caller and could not understand how they said they had called us before. The reason for that is all our phone calls are tracked through our CRM system.  If a repeat number calls in it is identified in our system as a repeat caller.  The second call was not identified by our system as a repeat caller.   It was only after our call ended that we were able to access our records to find out ***** had indeed contacted us in late March.  As indicated above, it is possible to received 2 to 3 more mailings from us after we remove an address from our mailing list.  We mail once a month so, yes, it is possible ***** received 1 or 2 more pieces of mail as was explained during the first phone call.  It is also possible ***** could received yet a third piece of mail due to timing.

      During the second call we were able to determine ***** did not provide to us a second address.  The second address was entered into two DO NOT MAIL systems today, 5/16/22 and will possibly receive 2 to 3 three more mailings as explained twice above.  Additionally, the address from the first call was re-entered.  As with the first phone call, ***** again was very rude and swearing the entire call.  ***** accused us of shady business practices.  Things like using phony phone numbers and return addresses.  This is simply not true. All number on our mail ring directly to my personal cell phone and we do utilize a valid PO Box to collect undeliverable mail.
