    I was thr first the first with this company back in two thousand and ten. I rented a home for 21/ years from **************************** was supposed to have been inspected before me and my 3 children lived. In. There was a certificate on the wall in my house. Shortly within a week or two of moving in me, and my young children who were toddlers at the time started having headaches and feeling sick.I called the gas company. They found four major Leaks In my gas fireplace. 2 in my water heater. I'm in my bedroom closet and also one in the furnace in my bedroom closet.He was supposed to fill in the fireplace with sheet rock or replace it. I live there for over two years with a hole in the wall disconnected fireplace and plastic covered with a Drafty house and plastic wrapped all over my fireplace in my living room.I had trouble with my drain in the sink. And also the handrail on my main stairs going to the upstairs bedroom.There was never a maintenance person to come. Take care of things. once. My ceiling fan was wobbly and he wanted to extend it down. Lower rather than replacing the fan which would have made it be just above my bed. In the end I would not agree to have it put up.When I went to move I had paid him for a month of front. I was in between moving between my new place and out of his. I moved out in 1 day because he had renters that had to have it that Sunday. Even though I had only started moving the day before. I moved out. To help him because he was afraid it was going to sit. So I rushed out and he agreed to have a cleaning company that he had decided to hire to clean. They overcharged him oh on everything. Said they had to go over the carpet several times but that carpet was black. My kids had black socks and clothing when we moved into that place. . I was shampooing all the time. It was not clean and he kept my deposit when I moved. Recently asked for a reference. He contacted my ex boyfriend about his duplex Instead invading my privacy.
