I ordered a coop from Lifetime in April 2023 and had a delivery date of June. He pushed it back and then never delivered. I called, texted, emailed, facebooked and he finally responded and said he was delivering on August 4th. No delivery. No response since. Numerous posts about him scamming others on ******** now.

On 4/27/24 I contacted Lifetime Coops via their company website to inquire about purchasing a chicken coop. The owner, ***************************, was initially very responsive and helped coordinate preparation of an estimate including special requests/customization. During this time, we were told the production timeline was running 7-8 weeks. On 5/14/24, we paid the 50% deposit required to secure our order -- $2,312.50. Between 6/5/24 and 6/20/24, I exchanged several emails with Lifetime Coops regarding pickup of our coop, as they were aware my husband and I would be driving from Coeur d'Alene, ID to ***********, ID to pick up and transport our coop. It was agreed our pick up date would be 7/27/24.On 7/26/24, my husband and I made the trip down to ***********. I again exchanged emails with ***** confirming our pick up. I inquired if Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning would be better. ***** stated Sunday at 12:00 pm would be best. I inquired about an earlier time given our long commute back to Coeur d'Alene, but I did not receive a response. I also tried calling the office several times that day, but there was no answer. I eventually received an email at 2:17 am on 7/28/24 advising the coop would not be ready due to a medical emergency. Furthermore, ***** had agreed to compensate us for our travel costs and would have the coop delivered to us. Since 7/28/24, I have made multiple attempts to reach Lifetime Coops by phone and email with no response. In fact, no one ever answers the phone. I have now been forced to cancel my order for chicks that were set to arrive next week, as it is not reasonably clear that I will have safe housing for them.Today, 8/10/24, I notified Lifetime Coops, if the coop we have commissioned is not going to be properly completed and delivered within the next 30 days, then we demand a full refund of our deposit ($2,312.50) as well as compensation for our trip to ***** in July ($550.98) which they agreed to cover -- a total of $2,863.48.

Unfortunately, our experience has not been great with ***** and Lifetime Coops. We paid for our chicken coop months ago and it hasn't been delivered as of June 7, 2024. ***** and Lifetime Coops have become unresponsive to all calls and emails so we are now forced to file criminal charges for grand theft. We gave them every opportunity to do the right thing and either deliver our coop or issue a refund. I definitely would not recommend them.

I paid this business 3100 to build a coop about two months ago. I have been reaching out to see when the coop will be ready and have not gotten any calls or emails back. I recently gave up my chickens and would just like a refund on the coop. Still no answer from anyone at this company.
