    3/14/22 ***** from *********** gave us (***** & *****) driveway estimate, we accepted bid and signed $15,913 contract & scheduled for work to start 5/9. NO mention of French drain in contract.5/9 "***" from *********** came out, told us our cost would be extra $2500 for French drain, we did not have this money & asked for different resolution, came to agreement of drainage area on west side of driveway. Work scheduled to start 5/10 5/10 tear out on driveway began 5/11 we placed a call concerned west side driveway roughly 12" lower than neighbor's yard and fence, this was not explained prior & it appears fence will fall over. Told on phone we should have done the French drain, explained again we didn't have the extra $2500 that was not in the contract 5/13 crew came out to pour concrete, ***** is told by Arti can't do this job without a French drain, fence may fall over, project should be halted. Crew poured man pad & curbing but not driveway. ***** contacted Arti & talked to him Fri night, reviewed drainage area at west side of driveway, Arti states crew will be here early week of 5/16 to pour concrete, guaranteed to be finished by end of week 5/18 text sent to ***** as no crew has come, he will have *** call 5/18 *** calls ****************** states drainage area that was agreed upon won't work, agreed to meet at job site. *** came to our home, was verbally frustrated/aggressive, he blames ***** for not knowing about ************* for not paying the $2500. *** states work won't be guaranteed without French drain or we can break contract. We agree to dig French drain ourselves, *** promises crew will be here first thing 5/23, top priority, to pour driveway 5/20 text received from *** requesting confirmation when drain was dug, states crew would be out 5/24 5/21 text from ***** to *** confirming drain is dug 5/24 no crew showed, *** texted states crew will be here 5/23. ***** calls ***, *** implies it is our ********** can break contract if we want.

    We have been in contact with the customer and will be visiting them at there house to resolve everything.
