After my initial purchase of Q-Grips and replacement heads, totaling $63.15, I began getting charges from "Reverie" (totaling $83.74), which I had not authorized or accepted. After contacting customer service, a refund of $20.14 was authorized for the March 9, 2024 payment to "Reverie". I did not authorize a membership to Reverie for unknown services. I believe Q-Grip still owes me a refund of $63.60, to my PayPal account.Initial Complaint

I purchased the **grips on Nov 13, 2022 for $46.54. The website said that i could try the product at no risk. After i received the product, I tried it and it hurt my ear. I returned it for a refund and paid the return shipping. I have never received the refund. I would like to receive the full refund of $46.54. i called several times and told them my situation and that i expected a refund. I did not receive refund.Initial Complaint

On Nov. 6, 2022, I ordered a buy-one-get-one-free set of Q-Grips from Q-Grips in ******, **. I received a confirmation of the order, for 2 sets (buy-one-get-one -free) that same day.But, when I received the package, there were 2 sets of buy-one-get-one-free Q-Grips--for a total of 4 sets--and my credit card was charged $64.66 rather than the $34.95 that I was expecting.On Nov. 11, I sent an email to Q-Grips support requesting instructions to return 2 of the 4 sets of Q-Grips and get a refund on that portion of my order. To date (today is Nov. 22), I have not heard from Q-Grips.Initial Complaint

All the pertinent information is listed on the attached electronic mails. Advertisement said that the offer was buy one get one free with 16 free tip replacements. I received the buy one get one with zero replacement tips. I'm seeing other exactly same complaints on your site, specifically one on 7/25/2022. This company is operating unfaithfully to the consumer. Unlike the ad, what's shipped to the consumer is a generic "made in *****" product with no replacement tips. They don't pay for shipping if I want to return and their fulfillment house is a third party that appears as a dirt lot on ****** Maps at *********************************************************************************. ****** also shows what I imagine is a fake business at that site with most likely fake customer comments. There's a generic spray painted wall image of the words "******************" on a plain, white wall on ******.Initial Complaint

I ordered Q Grips earwax removal system on 3/24/22. My debit card was charged $39.95 on 3/28/22. I waited weeks and received nothing. I tried calling ************** many times and never got to a person. I then tried email (******************************************.).Have contacted them on 5/11, 5/16 ,5/21 , 6/29 ,7/1 ,and 7/14.. Iget a prompt response from ******** first promising to look into the problem ,then promising to send another which never came. I ordered Qgrips ear wax removers on July 7, 2022. It was a buy one get one free offer for $39.95 plus $4.95 for shipping, total $44.90. They were supposed to come with 16 replacement tips. They came with ZERO, which means you couldnt even use one to clean both ears. The boxes didnt even say Qgrips on them, and neither did the shipping label. No instructions were shipped either. Ive tried repeatedly emailing the company to have them ship the products as ordered, and they refuse. They offered to refund me 65% of what I paid, minus the shipping fee if I dont send the garbage they shipped me back. I refused, as I know thats the tactic of a fraudulent company. What they shipped me was two small boxes with a useless piece of plastic in each of them. They claim this is their only product, but later said the replacement tips have to be purchased separately. When I purchased there was an option to purchase additional replacement tips, but since what I ordered was supposed to come with 16 replacement tips, I figured I could wait until I needed more and order them in the future. They keep saying they wont refund my money until they receive their garbage back, at my expense for shipping. Ive told them that I refuse to ship it back so they can scam someone else shipping this garbage to them. I want a full refund of $44.90 processed to my PayPal account. I ordered this product for $39.95 (a package of two) on the basis that they offer 90 day money back guarantee. However when I tried and determined that it did not perform as described I contacted them for return. The answer is that they only accept return of unopened packages. This is not a quality guarantee! I have since emailed them again but never heard back. If they cannot honor a money-back guarantee as advertised I would consider them a scam and like to warn future customers.Initial Complaint

I ordered the wax removal kit on January 15,2022 per their advertisement which says it was the authentic product and to order from their website. After receiving the product I discovered that it did not do any of the things advertised so I requested a refund and asked to advise where to return their product via my email of January 23, 2022. I received a response from *********************** (Q-Grip) on the same day which was if no help. I again sent an email on January 25, and January 28 asking for resolution. Their advertisement is a hoax as they promised the following: 1." We offer 90 day money back guaranteed if you are not satisfied. 2. No hassle returns. If not satisfied you can return within 90 days for full refund." I am within the 90 days but have not heard from them and have not received my refund. This whole thing is a hoax as they have not stood by any of their promises that they made. I am requesting $35.96, Order #****.Initial Complaint

The amount of $48.04 is no longer pending and now has been deducted from my bank account. I have not agreed or completed the product. With that being said I have not even received this product that I do not want.
