      The rack is total garbage. I paid extra to have the rack powder coated and within two weeks rust was on multiple locations. One side of the rack sits higher than the other putting force on the bed rail and damaging the rail. I sent multiple messages and never got a response back. Never again do business with CBI

      Order #***** SO #SO104644 INV #****** Tracking #********* Order date:7/8/22 shipped date:8/9/22 TOTAL:$1,984.36 (CBI offers lifetime warranty stated on order email)Ordered steel powder coated front bumper for my truck, within a couple months of install, the entire bumper started to rust. Took truck into multiple shops to get repair quotes and was advised the bumper was Not prepped properly resulting in rust.Submitted warranty claim on 1/24/23 requesting an exchange, refund, Or to have CBI cover the repair costs. Was offered a partial refund of $300 on 1/25/23 after I emailed multiple quotes to redo faulty work on CBI product. I have not received a refund, I reached out via email to follow up on 2/8 and also followed up again via email on 2/14. My truck is currently in the shop having CBIs product redone, the correct way. This morning 2/15/23 CBI has now said they can not issue me a partial refund and that it would need to be sent to the shop however their accounting department is unavailable to assist.

      ***** was originally advised that we would refund $250. She did not like that option so we told her that if she got an official, written quote sent over to our Warranty team, we can cover $300 of that paid to a shop. She was on board with that and we had no issues. She sent over a quote on 1/26 once we received this it was submitted to our Accounting team. I let her know that we would get $300 paid on it. She then emailed on 2/8 asking for an update. She was advised at that time that our Accounting Manager is out of office for a few weeks due to a surgery and that once he returned this would be paid directly to the shop. 
      We explained to her a couple of times again today that we pay shops directly for quotes as she was asking for us to pay her instead. If the shop she used is not the shop she provided the quote for we do not know who to pay and I would need an official quote. She sent us a picture of the bill for the ************-15.that she dropped her bumper off at. Which is different than the one she sent the quote for.
      She has left a bad review on ****** regrading this. We have tried to rectify and have asked as of today that we will pay the entire Powder coat cost to the shop directly if she removed her review. 

      Our Warranty Policy states that we do not cover Rust. But wanted to take care of her. We needed a quote from the shop she had do the work done at so that we can pay them. If the review is removed we will pay the enitre quote cost of $450.00 

      She has not removed the review.

      They have offered to Pay my bill to fix my bumper at a local shop.

      Paid over 2k for a bumper that was suppose to be completed in less than four months. Currently we are at six months and the product paid for has not been completed. Now being told it will be another four months. Was promised by company staff and a management I should have gotten the product by 9/20/21.

      The customer used a 3rd party partner to order the bumper. The order that we received was fulfilled correctly, but he was expecting a different bumper. We agreed to pay for shipping to return the original bumper and build the bumper he requested. This was communicated to the customer on multiple occasions. As the new order came in, we had to put it on our production schedule in the right spot. He was frustrated that it wasn't happening sooner that what was communicated to him.

      I am rejecting this response because the information provided by the seller is false. The bumper was ordered correctly and as per their staff. To which they also admit fault but continue to attempt to pass blame. The vendor which the order was placed has also confirmed the seller Falsely making claims that the order was placed wrong when it wasnt. I was provided a date in which the new item was to be received and was never delivered. My contact with the seller has not been about production time but to be given an honest answer in which the product would be completed. They continue to refuse to provide an update and have admitted to having no idea when the item would be complete. I just want an honest answer of when the product will be completed.

      The Order was first placed on 1/2/21 for $3,799.95. The product to be received was Maxtrax, Mounts, Overland Bed Rack, Full Skid Plates and Rocksliders with top plate, all to be received with an "expected ship date" of 3/25/21. It is now 8/11/21, and the last promised date for my order to ship out was 8/6/21. On 5/17/21 after phone calls every 2 weeks (the promised time by employees that the order would be ready), I decided to have the order split with whatever was ready at the time. The only thing that was left to ship was the bed rack and sliders as of the end of May. In July, I decided to cancel the bed rack due to finances sitting in the companies court with no guarantee as to ever receiving the product. I also canceled the mounts (which didn't ship as stated on the 5/17/21 split order date and was trying for 2 months to resolve as a missing item with no results). I have not heard from CBI as to when the sliders will ship, nor do I have faith that I will receive an honest answer.

      ******* order multiple products from us. When customers order multiple products the ship date is adjusted to the longest lead time of all the products. We eventually decided to split up his order so he can receive some of those products quicker. With any production team in today's world, we are limited to the supply chain. We just sent over his Rock Sliders that he referenced in his claim.

      I reached out to ******* to make sure that he received his product.
