            *** did concrete work (pickleball court), 25X58 ft. One spot needs leveling. He also used my Craftsman hose without permission, and he broke it. He agreed to return and make things right. I have fully paid him. We have talked on the phone repeatedly, he promised to come back. For the past several weeks, I have left messages, he has not returned my calls. His name is ***** *****, MDR Construction LLC. Please help. Thank you.
