      7K Metals was sold to me as a ****** Membership so I could buy gold / silver at wholesale prices. I was told that buying tangible assets keeps big brother out of my finances.I paid $500 for a membership Upon trying to sign onto my new account I was told to relinquish personal information that NO BANK has ever required. I was told if I did not give up this personal information I could not proceed.I emailed the company several times to get my money back with ZERO responses.Also, because I could not log into my account, we signed into my brothers account only to find that (2) problems existed:(1) all of the bullion silver (rounds and 1 oz bars were SOLD OUT the only silver available was overpriced collector coins (2) the listed prices were NOT wholesale and in fact were higher than the prices I had been and continue to pay for bullion silver (in all weights).When I contacted the person that helped us create an account (our up line) and I stated I wanted my money back I was told but wait theres more!You can get cheaper health insurance through us if you dont quit.I told the person I didnt sign up to get cheap health insurance I signed up for wholesale priced silver bullion. (My health insurance is through my employer).I was SOLD something that I have NOT received in any fashion and still want my money back.NO SERVICES HAVE BEEN RENDERED!!!!!

      ***************************** purchased a 7k metals yearly membership online 2/4/23. During this process he was required to click in two separate places that he had read and agreed to, the member privileges and conditions. If this box is not checked the enrollment process and purchase of the membership can't be completed. I have attached the email thread between ****** and 7k metals support. HIs initial request to cancel was submitted 30 days after his membership purchase and we replied with the explanation of 7k policy. Included is the history from ******' 7k account showing he enrolled himself. I've also included examples of the two sections of the membership purchase process that he would have had to click to proceed as well as the section of customer membership and privileges and policies and procedures stating the membership cancelation and refund policy. ****** is correct that a 7k metals membership is much like a ****** membership that is gives him the opportunity to purchase items through 7k metals. We offer many collectible items as well as precious metal bullion offering them at the best pricing we can get from our suppliers without the minimum purchase requirement to get the best price as other companies have. We receive inventory on a regular basis but it sells very quickly because of the high demand for precious metals at this time. Members may see items sold out when going to the site.

      We're sorry to hear ****** has had problems accessing his 7k metals account. We understand his concerns over being asked for information. There are certain processes that are required for our anti money laundering program that is required for ** to be a precious metals dealer. One is called know your customer and requires photo ID and a short video of the member. This information is not posted or accessible to other members or the general staff.

      All this being said, ******' account is still available to him and we are more than happy to help ****** get logged in.

      A friend referred me to this company for purchasing gold/silver products. I already purchase gold through a company, but it was assured that I could buy the same thing through them and build a ***************** business at the same time. I watched the presentation and enrolled March 3, **** to begin as a business builder. The price was $599 USD. Once I had access and could look at the products, I realized it actually did not have the same gold products I was buying and the prices were much higher. I decided within a few days of opening my account, I would like to cancel my membership. The instructions were to contact the company by email. I emailed March 8, 2023 and requested my membership be cancelled and I receive a full refund. I received a reply with Ticket #NUVXD and a link to online chat. At that time I used the link to speak to an individual and advised my wishes to cancel my account and have a refund. That person said they could not assist me with that and I would need to speak to management. She again advised the email contact - which I had already done. I finally received a reply saying that since the 7-day refund period is passed they cannot refund any money. Their response was beyond the 7 days, but my original request was 5 days after enrollment - so within that 7 day period. This is NOT a honorable way of doing business and definitely not a company I would promote based on this experience.

      It appears the person answering the email requesting to cancel the membership didn't notice the request came in 4 business days after the enrollment. The 7k metals policy for a refund is 3 business days but we won't quibble over one day. As requested ********'s 7k membership has been canceled and a refund for the enrollment cost requested to her card. Thank you.

      Paid 200 for renewal fee and he was inactive for awhile and did not check his email. All of my people under me was charged the renewal fee and did not want to continue with 7 k metals. The coins they sell are over priced with auto sender and took major loses from this. I have never been in so much debt from this company.

      Because ******* didn't give names of otheres she's concerned about I can only address her 7k metals membership. Please see the attachement showing ******* enrolled with 7k metals in October 2021. In the year she used her membership she shared the opportunity with others and earned commissions by doing so. Please see also in the profile that she was reminded of her renewal date each time she logged in to the page and had renewal options offered including to disable the automatic renewal which I see she has now done after her renewal processed in 2022. Please see the example of the help center explaining renewals and also the email we send to all 7k members who are scheduled to automatically renew. Please see the order history showing ******* made numerous purchases using her 7k account but only requested 2 autosaver orders during the year. It's unfortunate that she has ill feelings at this time toward 7k metals and if she had addressed them at any time during her year with us we would have been happy to help. If the people she shared the opportunity with would like to contact us we will be happy to see what we can do to help them.

      An order was placed with 7K Metals on 15 Nov 2022. My order never arrived and I submitted a ticket to 7K Metals on 23 November. ***** from 7K Metals contacted me back on the 28th of November and informed me that the package "was delayed and they are tracking the shipment". I called and spoke with 7K support the same day and was told that a ***** claim was filed. I called back on Thursday, 1 December 2022, and spoke with another representative who told me that I should have called within 3 days of the shipment. I then asked to speak with a manager. I was connected with *****, who informed me that the 3 day rule only applies to shipments that were delivered, but we had to wait on the ***** Claim to complete. It is now 6 December 2022, and I still haven't received my package and/or a refund. Additionally, I have e-mailed support and had not received a response as of 6 December 5:30 PM. I called the support line and asked for an update and was unable to get anymore information and was being referred to speak with *****.I'm not understanding how hard is it to replace a shipment or refund my money spent so that I may re-order. I have never experienced any problem like this with any other company and an issue like this should be resolved quickly without having to work so hard to get a result.I have already canceled my auto-renew and will be looking elsewhere for a better coin provider. This experience has been horrible. I want my product or I want a refund immediately.

      It's unfortunate when a 7k member has a package go missing during transit and we do our best to make things right when it happens. As per section 7 of the 7k metals policies and procedures we have procedures we must follow. We filed a claim with ***** and we have to wait for the response from them to see if the package can be found or if they offer a refund for the package. We understand it can be frustrating to wait for an answer. We shipped a new coin at no cost to ********* yesterday and she should receive it shortly.

      HI I purchased a 7k metals membership Oct 17, unfortunately I had a last minute move immediately then, so it did take me a couple of weeks to dive into 7k. When I went to set up my Sound money wallet, it would not let me as it is only in ******* - NOT what I was lead to believe, but they told me I could wire funds or send a money order - I am a ******** living in ****** and wanted my *** bank account attached but I am not allowed to. I can not attach my ******** bank account and I am not physically in either country, so that does not work for me. The crypto platform is down and the gold /silver cc is still in the works even though it was said by the end of Oct. so I requested a refund - which apparently after 3 days they don't give one. Three days to deal with financial matters is criminal, it should be minimum 30 days, they will not refund my money and I will not use them now as I was greatly mislead on what features ARE available in ****** and even ****** - I would like a refund of my $199 plus tax that I payed as I cannot find it on their website in plain site of the 3 days

      We're sorry to hear **** feels she was mislead by her sponsor prior to purchasing a 7k metals membership. We are very open about the policies and procedures for 7k metals by not only making them available to anyone interested in 7k on our home page but by having them part of the membership purchase process. There is a section with a link to the P&Ps and a box you must click stating you have read them before the system will allow you to complete the pruchase of the membership. Our members outside the US have the option to use a credit or debit card for purchases or adding funds to their sound money wallet via bank wire, cashiers check or money order for making purchases.  That being said we have looked into ****'s situation and realize she has a very complicated banking situation. We have requested a refund for the membership price to ****'s credit card and she should see the refund in just a few days.

      I am rejecting this response because: NO WHERE IN THE PRESENTATIONS OR ON THE *** SITE DOES IT STATE THAT THE CRYPTOS EXCHANGE IS DOWN NOR ******** OR ****** BANK ACCOUNTS ARE NOT ATTACHED -  yes I can wire money to 7k ONLY IF I AM IN ****** which I am NOT, I joined ready to hook up my bank ac**unt - ******** or ********, but I canNOT do either as I am not an ******** citizen as I had to upload my passport and they do NOT have banking set up to attach for ********* -THIS IS NOT ON THEIR ***SITE!!

      also, they advertise a debit card attached to the bank and gold / silver that was suppose to be out in Oct and it still is not

      VERY MISLEADING not to mention only 3 days to cancel for financial situations is not good, any good ** gives minimum 30 days, that is also not clear, but when a customer is NOT happy and they feel they can just keep the money creates a bad feeling.

      NO, I have not received a refund, but I received this message on Dec 10 '22, yet NO refund has gone into my bank account.  I have followed up 3 times with 7k Metals, asking where we are at
      with the refund, only to be ignored.

      Hope this gets resolved soon, as this has left a bad taste in my mouth with this co.

      The refund to ****'s card was requested on December 8th in the 7k metals system. In checking today it appears the final step in the process was overlooked as it is a new process for us. I have completed that today and she will see the refund to her card in just a few days. We apologize for this delay and wish her well.

      7K METALS have NOT refunded my subscription, but they have cancelled my ac**unt and today put a charge thru for **ins, this is almost fraud - I am now furious with how this ** does business and I am not getting any replies from support!!!

      We refunded the 7k metals $199.00 membership cost to ****'s card on January 18th 2023. The shipping/handling charge was not refunded as the enrollment package had been shipped prior to the reuqest to cancel. I have attached the order history showing order and refund, member history showing the same. Included is the CC processor receipt for the refund.

      It's unclear why *********************** thinks 7k metals is holding anyone hostage. Please see ******* 7k metals profile showing enrollment with 7k in September 2019 and that the membership is canceled. I've included the email thread from May 9, 2022 with ***** requesting to cancel the 7k metals membership and the reply stating we did. I've also included the section of ******* 7k membership history showing we got the email and canceled the membership as requested. If there are other issues we will be happy to do our best to resolve them if ***** will contact us to give us details of what is needed. ***** is welcome to call me at ************, I'm in the office Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm mountain time.
