              In October I bought a 2023 Jeep Wagoneer1 with the upgrades of a 2. With in 4 weeks the radio is saying Temporary auto tune mass mode is temporally UNAVAILABLE AND THE ***** HAS STACIC AND SHUTS DOWN and loses volume. Fast forward to today and several trips to the service **** and leaving it for days at a time. ***** Sayer tells me to come in they have another one they will trade me out and make it right. I drive over there they tell me after about a hour that the payment will stay with in ***** . GREAT another ***** min later a guys walks out the with a paper and it will only cost me ****** to switch to the other jeep Wagoneer 2 that is exactly the same is mine no difference other than color. They are telling that Jeep won't let them replace it and it not their fault they just sell this car. Please beware of this place. I am living a nightmare trying to get a radio fixed. This really should not be this hard.

              NO STAR!!! COMSUMER BEWARE: These people lie. Took 2019-Jeep Wrangler in for an error on auto start/stop feature. They said need new auxiliary battery. $500.00 paid. Seemed high, but? When I protested the cost, the dude gave me a free *** change. I'm a Juffy Lube girl, but? I thought, "ok... sure." HUGE MISTAKE!NOTHING is wrong with the jeep, okay. Nothing. It was not even due for an *** change (Road Trip) took it in. Dude tells me that it has a severe *** leak, so severe that an *** change won't be worth it and to repair will be $5,693.70 or I could trade the Jeep in? WTF?Leave. Take Jeep to *********** *** change $130, no leak. NONE. All is good (WTF)Go back. Call them out on the lie.Service Manager: Is the Jeep here?Me: No and it's never coming back here. And if I ever decide to trade my Jeep this will be the last place I'd come! (And I mean that!)Service Manger: I haven't been in this position long, they put me over here to make sure things are run correctly.Me: Well you got some work to do, guess you better get after it.He left and so did I and I will NEVER go back there and I recommend that you DONT either.Next stop the Better Business Bureau
