    There was a leak in our apartment from our upstairs neighbors, and nobody came to to check out our apartment about it. I had to ask for fans dry out the carpet, and clean up the water that was leaking into the laundry closet and hallway. I actually notified them at night as an emergency through a phone number they have on there after hours voicemail. They said they would go the next morning to check it out they still never did. I found where the leak was coming into our apartment and had to tell the neighbors to shut off there water. The next day somebody fixed there leak but nobody ever came to check out my apartment. There was also a leak from our next door neighbors, The water had flooded their apartment so bad they had to move out of the apartment water actually leaked into two of the bedrooms from my apartment and we told the landlord about it. A few days they called and said they were going to fix the rooms for the water leak that it would only take about an hour they ended up lifting the carpet taking out all the trim from the rooms and even the closet doors and leaving their fans running for about four days without even notifying us or letting us know what was going on I complain to them several times and said theres nothing they can do about it that we just have to wait for them to get done working on it its been about three weeks since theyve been working on it and still all they did was put back the tram and lay down the carpet they didnt stretch out the carpet right. And still the closet doors havent been put back on. There is a window that doesnt have a lock that Ive been trying to get them to fix ever since I first moved in and they still havent fixed it. Also I put in a request to get the heater fixed in the master bedroom because when I turn it on even at the lowest point it gets really hot more than it should. We also have other complaints that they still havent worked on.
