On Saturday September 16 my family went there to eat. There were 8 of us, so not a large group. We were automatically charged an 18% gratuity. This was not disclosed to ** prior to ordering. We did not dispute it at the time as we had just come from a funeral and were not in the mood to cause a scene. When paying, it asked us for an additional tip. After we paid we did not get an itemized receipt. I sent in a complaint on there website but got no response.Business response

Hi this is ***** the owner of Stockmans Restaurant. I have read over the complaint. In our menu it states that there will be an automatic charge of 18% for parties of 8 or more. I have attached a copy so that you may look at it. I am not sure why they did not receive an itemized receipt as we give one with every check before they pay their bill.
