      I ordered an embroidered family crest as an anniversary gift for good friends. It has been over 4 months and I have not received the item. I have repeatedly emailed the business and received no reply. Upon going to the website and looking at the status, it says the item hasn't even shipped. The crest was $221.98 including shipping and handling. I would like to be reimbursed for this lack of delivery of item.Thank you,*******************************

      The customer ordered an embroidered product that takes 2-5 months for delivery, as it is made by hand. The embroidery is scheduled to be finished by our hand embroiderer in ******** and shipped off to our office within the next week, it will then be handed over to our ******. We do sincerely apologize for the delay, as our items are handmade we can only give estimated production times. I will go ahead and upgrade the shipping from our ****** to the customer to Priority free of charge to get it to them as quickly as possible. Thank you.

      On 1/18/23 I ordered a double crest embroidered coat of arms plaque in the amount of $141.98, order # ******.Company is: 4crests.com, their email: ***************************************************** Website said **** weeks for delivery. My first contact was Jan 19 informing them that I needed the item by April 1, 2023 and would they be able to get it to me. They never responded. Next contact was 3/9 - no response, 3/17 I emailed again - on 3/19 I got an email stating that my item was in the last stages of production at the embroiderer in ********. On 4/5 I emailed again asking for my item, 4/6 they responded "I do apologize, as these are totally embroidered by hand we give our best estimate on time, but it's not always exact. Your embroidery is shipping out of ******** this week to our office in the **. Once your order has shipped from our office you will receive an automatic confirmation with tracking code. I will also upgrade your shipping option to Priority free of charge, as an apology for the production time." As of today 4/22/23 I have not heard from them and I sent another email on 4/20/23

      I ordered a coat of arms on canvas on Dec 15, 2022. I received a receipt via email for the order on that day. Since then, I have not had any communication with the company. I have emailed them 4 times and called them 3 times. No response. I cannot get an update or any information on my order. They charged my account on the day of the order and there has been no communication since. I would like my money refunded or the item delivered.

      I put an order in as a Christmas gift and on their site it said in order to receive by Christmas order by November 17th I ordered my 2 items on October 20th I was told many times it would make it by Christmas and then on December 23rd I was told that it was dropped off at the framer and would not make it by Christmas and I have not heard anything back from them since then. I cant get information about when my items will be shipped out to me at all the link they provided does show any information like they said it does

      I ordered 1 Name Celebration $24.99, 1 Coat of ************** Combo Print $41.90, and 1 Gold Foil Coat of Arms $29.99 for a total of $96.88. I never received any of my order. I emailed the company 4 times with no response. First time on November 27th, then November 29, December 13, and most recently December 14th.

      On August 29th, 2022 I ordered a family crest for my father ($76.98). They sent him the wrong family crest. They used an incorrect name and coat of arms. I emailed the company on October 11th, and informed them of the error. The company either needs to refund my purchase or resend the correct family crest coat of arms.*****************************

      We emailed the customer on the 14th that we had previously sent a sample and did not receive a reply within the 48 hours that is given for revision, thus it was sent into production. We can have a replacement done since it was incorrectly spelt, but they need to send us a photo. They responded on the 22nd that "they hadn't received it", we are not sure what this means and since then we have received no new correspondence. As we emailed previously if they send us a photo we can get the ball rolling on a replacement

      We ordered an embroidered family crest banner from this company in June 23, 2022. We paid with PayPal, but to date we have not received it. We got an order confirmation email from them the same day. We've sent emails inquiring about the status of our order, but the last we heard from them was August 17, 2022, telling us the order was going to be shipped from their embroiderer in ******** "next week", which I assume to mean around August 24, & that they'd upgraded the shipping because of the inconvenience. We've emailed them twice since but received no response. I left a phone message for them today. I would like either the product I ordered, which was to be a birthday gift, OR a full refund.
