Good day and thanks for helping, on July 20th I called Crystal Gold Mine and RV park to make a reservation for a camping site. On July 20th they took $25 out of my account . I assumed that the $25 was for my camping site plus tax . At the time they told me the camping site was $23. They never mentioned a booking fee because I would never pay $25 just to book it and then another $23 to stay there. I camp often and would never agree to a $48 tent site. Unfortunately 4 days ago I fell off a ladder and broke three ribs. I was in the hospital for 2 days. I just got released yesterday . They phoned me yesterday crystal gold mine and *******, I put them on speakerphone because my daughter was here to take care of me and she heard the whole conversation. The *** said that I missed my reservation and he's going to have to charge me $23. I was pretty upset because I believed that I already paid for the campsite July 20th when I paid the $25. I was in a lot of pain but agreed to pay the $23. My daughter is a witness she heard everything and the *** said twice that I was going to be charged $23. I was upset and I hung up. I checked approximately 6:30 last night and he charged me a full $48.50. I did hang up on him because I was upset in a lot of pain and believe this was a transaction out of spite. I left them an email and gave them a chance to pay me back, but as a result of them charging me 4850 I only had $40 in my account and now I have a $30 overdraft fee in addition to the $25 they charge me. I am requesting a full refund. The lady called me back this morning and said all the sudden the campsite went up to $48.50. They are deceitful and they lie. They change their prices whenever they want and never ever mentioned a booking fee. I would like a full refund of the 4850 as I'm in the Rears because of them. Thank you so much for all your help and have a nice day.

This customer made their reservation online via our website on June 18th to stay at our park. They " clicked " and agreed to the parks policies including the cancellation policies. This customer received a confirmation email once reservation was made. They also received a welcome e-mail 24 hours before their arrival date. I am rejecting this response because: I never received any emails from them. I never received any of that information as far as the rules Etc when I paid. All they did was take my money please have them Supply that email that apparently I signed or text cuz I don't have it for that day. Also they never sent me an email before I came a welcoming email. Please have them also provide that because there is none proving that they are deceitful. I want my money back.

    Sincerely,
