Ho acquistato e pagato con carta di cr**ito in data 5 gennaio 2024 per un importo di euro 46,17 ( questo il valore del cambio valuta), una libreria girevole. La ***** non mai arrivata a destinazione, ** la prima volta *** faccio un reclamo su consiglio del call center della *** carta di cr**ito. Dal momento dell'acquisto della ***** non ho mai ************************* fattura o un numero del mio ordine per poterlo ritracciare, gi questo mi aveva notevolmente insospettito ma ho voluto attendere per la *** ***** f**e, *** sono ormai trascorsi sei mesi e an*** se fosse arrivata a nuoto, ormai sarebbe gi qui. L'annuncio del prodotto lho visto su internet per mesi prima di effettuare lacquisto, an*** e soprattutto sui social network usati da me, instagram e ******** in particolare, appena effettuato lacquisto, ancor prima di poter capaire *** fossi vittima di una truffa tutti questi annunci sono spariti da tutti i socia e da internet, tant' *** stupidamente io avrei acquistato un altra libreria ... Ovviamente ho perso le speranze ma spero anc*** in un rimborso, an*** se la cifra piccola, comunque una truffa.Initial Complaint

Transaction occurred on January 23, 2024. Through an ad seen on ******** (Meta), I tried to purchase *********** Works candles and lotions. I paid $33.48 which was withdrawn from my bank account. I never received email confirmation of order, nor have I ever received the items. Company has not responded to emails; I can not find a working phone number associated with the business; and it appears that the business closed in February, 2024.Initial Complaint

On January 6, 2024 I purchased two laptops, buy one get one free on a ******** ad which advertised as QVC. I have yet to receive those items. I contacted *** who had no record of my purchase and said I was possibly scammed. The statement I received from my bank noted the company as Rikim Inc., ******, ********. A telephone number was provided but many attempts to reach the company were unsuccessful.Initial Complaint

I ordered some meat from ***************** on 1/19/2024. I was billed by Rikim Inc on the same day on my Discover Card for $41.80. I never received anything from Alderspring that they received the order, shipped the order or Billed me for the order. I did not receive the meat that I ordered. I should have known this was too good to be true but I fell for it.Initial Complaint

Ordered 1/15/24, several White ******** puzzles (off ******** @ $4.99). Credit Card charge associated to Rikim, never received product. Disputed w/Credit Card. Rikim states they sent/delivered with vague information which credit card company bought. Re-disputed again but in research found I am not the only human to be scammed. Why does Rikim send puzzles (**************, made in N.H.) from ***** w/bogus tracking information. They are clipping people @ $50 per pop. I got hit for $49, others $54. TOTAL SCAM. When I saw other similar postings (puzzle sales) on ********, not only did I mention / warn others that this was a scam, but my post/warning was removed. This happened more than once. They know they are ripping people. How sad!Customer response

I placed an online order from Rikim Inc on 1/24/24 for $59.50. They were presented as bath and body works candles. I did not know that this was a scam. My credit card company called alerting me that it's fraud and would stop payment. I received a letter from my credit card company saying after investigating, I am no longer responsible for the payment. Today, I received a letter stating that the merchant reached out to my credit card company showing merchandise was shipped. I never received a confirmation number, or tracking info, and not even a "thanks for your order". Rikim sent bogus info to the credit card company and now I am responsible for paying for something I never received, per the credit card company. I canceled my credit card due to the fact that they were not protecting me. I would like the charge of $59.50 to be refunded. Also, I noticed too late that it said Both and **** works instead of Bath and Body Works. Bogus company.Initial Complaint

Ordered am item online. Received no confirmation that order was accepted or placed. I have yet to receive anything. Tried to dispute charges with my cc company. After a response from this company my credit card dismissed the dispute because they said they shipped it. I have a tracking # that they provided cc company which I can not find any information on. According to their response item passed customs on 2/4/24 and here it is March and still nothing.Initial Complaint

Made a purchase Jan 28. The order form shows from QVC Online Outlet and at the bottom right states all products made in ***. Was concerned because I was not receiving any info on shipping. Had a difficult time trying to contact company, finally checked with credit card and found payment went to RIKIMS.COM. Contacted them and they mentioned customs might slow it down and they gave me a tracking number. When I noticed the package was sitting in my town for over 3 days I contacted RIKIMS again to find out why. They did not seem to know much. Tracking finally showed the package was delivered but it was not delivered to me. I asked RIKIMS to find it. I did not get a reasonable response, so I requested a REFUND. They offered 55% I refused. On the 3rd offer they would give me a refund minus a shipping charge. Again I refused. I beleive most of this can be followed in the emails I have attached. I would appreciate what ever help you can give. THANK YOUInitial Complaint

I found an ad for flashdeals.com. I entered and purchased what was supposed to be an iPhone and a Canon camera. LIkely this was silly of me to think this was real, but here we are. I contacted seller as I had not recd goods. They sent me tracking info showing that I had recd a pkg, but I definitely did not. I then started to realize this was fraud and filed a dispute with credit card company. They sided with seller as seller had provided them with bogus shipping doc (ChatGP). So, I still feel that I'm due a refund!
