  Very happy with the detailed work and organization. I needed to get my place ready for family, and just got overwhelmed with work and kids. So I contacted Evolve. The owner was wonderful and managed to work around my schedule. She took the time to not only clean, but also do some organizing and rearranging in my living room and kitchen to make things more functional. I will use Evolve again and definitely recommend them to any busy families!

  Evolve Household Management went above and beyond my expectations. Very detail oriented and performed in a professional manner. They were hired for multiple different jobs, ( lawn care, cleaning, organizing), on three different properties. *******, kept great communication and did an amazing job accommodating with working around family, schedules, and small children. I would and will continue to use Evolve Household Management because I know that when things need done, they will be done correctly and to a high standard.

  I would not work with them again. *******, owner of Evolve Household Management was not able to provide the scope of the job, timeline, or complete the agreed upon project ( a whole house deep clean). She and her assistant were able to get to 5 of the 12 rooms completed to their standards. (a lightbulb was broken, the oven was not cleaned as a part of the deep clean).We made an effort to communicate our expectations and get on the same page but unfortunately Evolve was not able communicate clearly, work efficiently, or complete the project as bid. I would not use them again and would not recommend hiring them.

  This comment comes to a complete slap in the face/falsely allegations and slandering towards my new assistant,myself,my business and I will not stand by it!! Due to the matter that you didnt even allow for us to carry out and honor my words for Nov 16 2023 cleaning! Then making a complaint after the fact that you told us not to even bother coming,I quote!
  ** I have looked back through all our evidential communication via text and all notes! 
  Nov 6 2023 you hired us to perform a deep clean with clear lines that we were going to be out by 5 PM where we could be out of the way of family time and dinner!
  The list of accomplishments were sent out, and your husband as well as yourself both received and acknowledged it!
  I will be more than willing to show anyone or resend you that list.I feel evolve household management did a phenomenal job even working around all family members and their nap times and accommodating every need and want that you voiced! Even to the point of stopping a product use of *****,and switching to a vinegar water solution that you requested!
  (BEFORE WE LEFT) I spoke with you at the end of the day, and you told me everything was fine! I clearly had communicated with you,your deep clean was going to be rolled over to your next visit that was going to be performed on November 16. 2023 I reassured at no additional charge! 
  11/16/23 basic clean rate that ******************* negotiated down due to your financial situation and I was going to honor and work with you guys!! Then you still proceeded to text me 11/7/23 saying that you do not understand what steps moving forward. I reassured and broke everything down clearly.
  After the very exhausting back-and-forth via text message feed, I gave a few days in much consideration in my decision. On Nov 9 2023 I sent you (******** and *******************) a text that I feel this was not going to be the best match unfortunately, Nov 16 2023 after cleaning will be my last day. I feel Evolve household management has been more than accommodating to every need as well as your financial situation that was clearly stated! I came down in my price and even so willing still carry and honor your booking for Nov 16 2023 basic cleaning, as well as finishing the deep clean as promised! 
  Then on Nov 10 2023 ,you replied telling me to not even bother and I quote!!!! 
  **You never gave Evolve household management Nov 16 2023 to carry out and honor what they promised!! There fourth when you comment on the Better Business Bureau stating that Evolve,did not do a job (due to the matter of you letting them go before hand) that is false allegations, and can be proven ! All of this matter is evidential, and will be provided to anyone who questions or requests to see it!
  A new lightbulb will  be sent out to your residence.
