      Allows my phone to connect to their network, but not provide service. If I can't use them for roaming they should not let my phone connect. It lets my phone connect without me knowing and disables my phone from making and receiving calls. When I attempt to make a call, I receive a message from inland cellular asking for money to make a call. They should have an opt out option instead of disabling my phone. My network is available and I can restart my phone to regain access, but I don't know I'm on Inland Cellular's network until I try to make a call. They say it's my phone company's fault for not paying them to use their networks for roaming.

      To whom it may concern,

       Inland Cellular is not able to help with this issue, this customer is not an ********************** customer and we have no control over who or where his cell service connects.  *********** issue must be addressed with his service provider and they should be able to discus a resolution with the customer.  The issue could be due to how His Cellular provider has his service set up or it could be a number of things that they may need to look into.  We apologize for the inconvenience and we are happy to trouble shoot with his service provider if needed.

      I am rejecting this response because: They are holding my cell phone service hostage and asking for money. I have cell service in ********, until it connects with Inland Cellular service. Why are they allowing non customers to connect to their mobile network and ask for money. This seems to be a shady business practice. They tell me I'm "roaming" however I disabled "roaming" on my phone and still end up connected to their network. I cannot make or receive calls until I restart my phone. Nowhere else in the nation have I had this issue. I am not their customer and I am tired of hearing their messages asking for money when I try to make calls in ******** *****.

      Our Technical Team has done some trouble shooting with VZW and have gotten this issue resolved.  The customer should be able to place calls as normal connecting to VZW towers. If he still connects to Inland Cellular a one time power cycle should fix it.  If it still happens after that, Inland Cellular has done everything possible to resolve this issue.

      They claim we did not pay our bill in either August or in September, they seemed to not know which. The bill was 174 dollars and some change. They wanted to double the Bill and argued with me about whether we paid or not. I switched services. That was the 14th of August 2022 I switched.

      Hello,

       

      My account number was ******. Here is exactly what happened. A few months ago, exactly which one I am not sure, I made a late payment. At some point it was not properlly applied to my account, so they considered me a payment behind and disconnected my service despite being current. When I explained this to them they argued with me and stuck to their guns. I can pull bank records to show all my payments. If I do this, I want all money due dropped for the harship they caused me with my business and my personal life by not doing their jobs correctly. Also if they are going to claim they did not get the payment, then they owm me 176 dollars.

      As per trying to explain this on the phone, our phone service was cut off prior to ** stopping paying for service. There was also not an attachment to view here. So by default I am going to say no. We will pray the outstanding balance, but this is ****.

      Ignore my official response through the portal, I had not found the attachments so I rejected their resolution. I am fine with their resolution.
