    May 30, 2023 I took my car to Heritage because it needed a new shock on the front drivers side. Everything else was working fine before I left my car with them. They told me I had to also buy a new air compressor this did not sound right however I paid what they requested first they charged me $800 then $2,704.16 on 6/19/2023 when the supposedly completed the repairs, yet since Heritage worked on it my car it no longer runs well. I only took my car back to them because of their warranty so I took it back because it has been vibrating when driving over 50 miles per hour. I never had this issue before these mechanics at Heritage worked on my car. Now they charged me another $79.77 to inspect their own previous eprkand told me to fix this it would cost $3k plus to inspect their work charged me an extra $79.77, their repairs were supposed to be under warranty. I am very upset and would like to recover at least half of what they have charged me because they have left my car worse off.

    WORST experience Ever!!! Do yourself a favor and stay far far away. The owner, is super rude and condescending. They'd had my vehicle over a month and continually guessed on what was the problem, failed to fix it and they lost a part to my car. They do not take any accountability, all you will hear from this is excuse after excuse, and even blame their mistakes on you. They decided to put the original part they "identified" as the problem back into my car, and refund for the work we paid for. That does not account for the time I've been without my car,paying for a car that I can't drive, nor does it account for the part of my car that came up missing at their shop. I'm extremely frustrated, and it is 100% their fault for not handling the situation correctly. The owner showed no compassion, empathy, or OWNERSHIP to his "company". He also is stating that it isn't their fault my car threw 17 codes. Funny their diagnosis report doesn't say anything about 17 codes. It says the Throttle body (which was WRONG), oil change, brakes & rotors, brake fluid, oil leak, cabin air filter. But don't worry, "it's not his fault if his mechanics don't take adequate notes."I'm also not the only person that's had an experience like this. Go check out ****** reviews.     We are saddened to know that you weren't happy with your experience, which was the reason we refunded your money. The details you listed are not fully reflective if what transpired with your vehicle. The vehicle came in with some issues that had been introduced by incomplete/incorrect repairs prior to the car coming to us, and other issues that were existing prior to those initial repair attempts. The throttle body replacement was necessary, and only after that was working correctly could we gather the remaining details of other issues the vehicle had (did not solve all the issues, but needed that functioning correctly to find what else might be wrong). We understand it had not been running for quite some time, and the hope was to get it running properly in hope of selling or trading in. In the end, it seems there were multiple significant issues that would put the cost of repairs beyond what you planned in order to recover some value in your trade in/sale. The missing part you have referenced was a cover for your tow hook. Since the car was towed here, the tow truck driver would have removed it (if it were present) in order to access the tow hook. We checked with the tow companies, but weren't able to get closure on that. We did our best to help convey the facts about your vehicle, (several employees and both owners talked with you, but sadly your frustration level made it impossible to have a constructive conversation). We were able to work out the final details with your husband and understood the account was left in good standing.
