    I have been going to Vitality for 6 months so far and I am so pleased with my decision to invest in my health. Vitality handles such a broad spectrum of health issues and is really helping me optimize my hormone and general health. We started with blood draws to provide detailed insight into my bodies specific needs and from there we have been able to find a baseline and adjust supplements and hormones as needed. We are halfway through the first year and the two most noticeable effects I've experienced are less fatigue and my immune system seems to be living it's best life. ?? I'm excited for the next 6 months of this wellness journey with ***** and ******.

    Vitality is a clinic that gives you more of a family type vibe. They helped me figure out what my body needed to get me to feeling back to my athletic self. My own ******* care physician couldn't do that for me.

    This place has been so wonderful. They have really helped me make the changes I have needed to make for a long time. The support, education, facilities and access to hormone testing and medications outside of what my PCP will do for me has been a game changer. And the private gym? Wonderful. I usually have it to myself! No fighting for a bench in the evenings! Love the Vitality family!

    Since joining Vitality 6 months ago, I have lost over 30 lbs and counting! Ive struggled with losing weight after having my 3 kids. The team at Vitality did an extensive health evaluation and customized my program to meet my needs and goals. Super positive, friendly, and energetic staff!

    I love this team. They truly care and are extremely knowledgeable about what they do. Prior to coming in, I felt tired all the time and generally run down. They fine tune everything based on you, everyone knows your name, and you never feel like just a number. I've been feeling better, staying motivated, and sticking with it, which isn't easy being busy. I'm looking forward to more improvement and I'm confident to see and feel it now because of this team.

    I can only say great things about Vitality. I worked with ***** and ****** throughout my 4 month weightloss journey and they helped me reached my goal. I lost a total of 24lbs and I'm still going. Not only did I lose weight, I gained muscle at the same time. ****** was excellent in holding me accountable throughout the process especially with my busy life schedule.
