    The damages on the roof occurred after the heavy rain fall and winds in September 29th 2023 and further. Insurance company outlined that, inspection reveals the reported damage was a result of long term deterioration as well as additional damages occurred prior to the inspection policy written by DB insurance company. They mentioned that adjuster reviewed photos dating back to July 2022 which shows it occurs prior to the inspection of the DB insurance policy.( I did not claim for 2022 as well as how claim is related with a photo from 2022 when there was a different owner). # During the phone conversation(Mr ****) I clearly mentioned I bought this property on August 2023. I received the house without any damages( According to your statement it was a prior damage on July 2022 afterwards previous owner renovated) # i bought insurance policy since I bought the house(I contracted with your company more than 3 times to inspect my property where they never inspect. Until I made the claim no one inspected. # I called to company and Adjuster ****************************** after completing the inspection whenever I called the company I received a call back from the adjuster where requested instead of the company I should call him to receive the updates. It is to inform that I called also Mr ************************* a lots of time. If I dont mistaken claim was not taken seriously otherwise I should received the updates earlier. # Please Note I called and emailed few times to the office as the adjuster didnt response where he requested not to call or email. Damaged occurred within the effective dates of the policy and damages not caused by long term deterioration according to your statement where you brought a story from last year 2022 when someone else owned for sure he or she took care it.(Please Provide additional evidence what can prove it didnt happen within the effective dates of the policy)

    My car had been hit and damaged by a company insured with DB Insurance on 9.29.23. Claim # 4A231082L17-0001 has been opened on 10.10.23 and has been assigned to *********************** with ********, ph # ************* on behalf of DB Insurance. Multiple messages had been left asking this individual to follow up but she never followed up. On 11.10.23 I was able to reach out to her by email and finally got a response with her asking for additional details about the accident. As of 11.21.23 she responded stating they were waiting for a police report. Same update was being provided on 12.4.23 and then once again on 12.26.23. Its now been over 3 months since the accident happened and as of today, 1.6.24, this claim is still not resolved. My car needs to get repaired and this company is refusing to resolve the claim.
