    My garage floor coating is peeling up. Instructions stated not to apply when temperature is below 65, but coating was applied when temperature was far below 65.Grout along outside wall of my shower is chipping out. Wrong type of grout was installed for an outside wall, it should have been flexible caulking.Sidewalks along foundation have sunk. Pins were not inserted in foundation to secure sidewalk.

    This is a false complaint. This homeowner had his day in court and two judges did not agree with his complaint. He eventually dismissed the suit on appeal. This previous customer had his day in court, was not supported in his complaints, and now is trying to plead his case in the court of public opinion. We strongly disagree with him being able to put this false review on here. We are more than happy to supply the case information to the bureau if they want to cooperate the evidence.
