              I purchased product from consultant ************************* representing Scentsy for a fundraiser. There was a problem and instead of just emailing and telling me of said problem I was subjected to the idiots tirade and referring to me as scammer as you can see in the message exchange. I reported her to the *************** and they seemed to be totally fine with her treatment of a customer. That is terrible customer service.

              I've just spent 30 (no joke) minutes on the phone with customer service. ***** has shown my package "OFD" for 3 straight days. ***** drives by...doesn't stop. Hour later, email from ***** says "delivery exception". Bars were shipped from ** to AL a week ago during a heatwave. I'm told I have to put up with this "we are delivering it today...oh wait...no we aren't"...for ANOTHER week before they will do ANYTHING. Wax will be melted by now wherever it is. Despite the fact they can SEE that the package hasn't been delivered yet I still have to wait & will have to send photographic proof of the melted bars IF they do arrive. I can't get a refund or even a reshipment until another week has gone by. ***** has been a failure of a shipping company for years now. In our state we had a HUGE scandal with a driver throwing packages away a few Christmases ago. I will wait the additional week then I'm filing a actual BBB complaint.
