Order CC713650 - I paid expedited shipping which I thought guaranteed the order would ship out the next day. It has a tracking number but *** has not picked up for two days. And continues to not pick up. When calling in a woman working for your company was not helpful in any form. These are products I immediately needed and spent a lot of money on and her uncaring attitude was unnecessary. She suggested I reach out to *** and ask what they havent picked up. Thats the companys job to do so. Im asking when my package will be here and also why I paid extra for shipping without any guaranteed time of arrival.Initial Complaint

The company uses the veil of selling this detoxification under so called healthcare professionals. The company says that the healthcare professional who is not a medical doctor says this is safe without disclosing the ingredients and the ****** ***** issues. My wife has a known heart condition and her registered nurse practitioner didnt care about this because she wanted to sell and bill her $1,800. My wife merely wanted some vitamins based upon her blood test. She was told she needed to detox first. The ingredients are dangerous and unregulated. After trusting the lower level healthcare provider and her chiding this company to provide this snake oil, my wifes cardiologist said that this detox is so dangerous that she needs to through the pills out. The pill are considered dangerous to her and her heart condition. How could the company say that they dont have any refund policy and blame it on the low level healthcare provider who is not a medical doctor. The medical doctor say no to this. Don't work with this business. It's an MLM targeted with healthcare providers. If you have an issue or reaction they refuse to refund even if the ingredient in their product is known to cause reactions. I used their TUDCA and I broke out in hives. The *** ingredient is known to cause hives. I've never worked with a supplement company that refused a refund.Business Response

As shown in the communication in the *** that the customer provided, our company is a wholesale provider, distributing product through approved Practitioners. The Practitioner guides and recommends products based on the Patient's (customer) medical history. If a product was recommended and a reaction happened, our medical support team records the Adverse Event, but we are unable to provide refunds. This is similar to a prescribed medication, where if there were a reaction, the patient would discontinue use, they don't receive a refund from the pharmacy.
CellCore Biosciences is not a MLM company and operates under strict regulatory guidelines. It is the Practitioner's responsibility to know and understand the Patient's medical history and how ingredients in products recommended, may affect the Patient. We're sorry the customer was unhappy with our terms and policies, but they are listed on the website and all customers are under the direction of an approved Practitioner.Initial Complaint

Starting in 2019 I began ordering product from Microbe Formulas last year Microbe Formulas and ********* Biosciences merged into just ********* Biosciences. When I placed one of my orders a shipping error was made and I was sent multiple kits when I should have only received one kit. I was instructed to return these kits and I agreed to accept a credit instead of a refund because I felt I would eventually be able to use it up. When I got news of the merge I contacted Microbe Formulas and was assured that my credit was safe and would be transferred to ********* and I believe I used a small portion of the credit at that time. I tried to touch base with ********* around this time just to make sure but it was becoming very difficult to contact them and they would tell me that someone would contact me and they never did. I have sent you as much of the email correspondence as I have to prove that I have really tried to clear this up but they are refusing to help me and making me out now to be making threats to them by telling them that I would be contacting you and telling me that they will not respond to threats, just another excuse to ignore me.Business Response

We are a wholesale company that distributes products through approved Practitioners. In April of 2023 our company went through a brand merge and merged a consumer brand- Microbe Formulas- with our professional brand- CellCore Biosciences. Communication was sent out to our customers through email notifications and cadences, posted on the Microbe website, and also conducted through Live Webinars of the merger. They were also supplied with instructions and communication on how to activate their account under a new Practitioner and the discontinuation of the Microbe Rewards Program. All rewards points needed to be used before June 1, 2023 or they were forfeited with the dissolution of the Microbe Rewards Program.
****************** has sent in multiple cases to our support team over many months, and been given the same answer. She also supplied an email from a previous employe from April 9, 2021. While our company does not normally supply refunds, a courtesy was given to ****************** and her returned package was credited to her Rewards account in 2021. We have also offered to send some new product as a courtesy to ****************** and she has refused. We have communicated numerous times that the matter was closed and ****************** continues to send in cases, post on social media, and make BBB complaints. As the company merge has happened over a year ago and ********************** rewards balance was issued more than 3 years ago, we are unable to provide her with any kind of a refund at this point and the case has been closed.Customer Answer

I purchased this product via recommendation from doctor to treat black mold exposure. I placed the order then realized I should of examined ingredients beforehand so after going back into website I found an ingredient Im extremely sensitive to, so tried to cancel but they would not except cancellation, once you order, thats it, no return.even though it had only been a few hours, even though the cancelation request was in before a tracking number was even created. I contacted them two more times after tracking number and they said I couldnt even return them once they came in mail either. The order was $290. I wont be able to use any of it, ugh Buyer beware, its a heartless company. Once they have the cash, thats it, the whole we want you to be happy with the product is a lie!Business Response

As outlined in our terms and policies online, we are a wholesale provider that distributes through approved Practitioners. It is the Practitioner's responsibility to discuss and review ingredients of products before recommending to a Patient, and of the Patient to review ingredients with their medically trained Practitioner. It is also stated on the check out screen, in multiple areas that once an order is submitted to our warehouse, it enters the fulfillment process immediately and we are unable to cancel or modify orders once the order enters this fulfillment process.

I placed an order on Thursday Dec 14th at 12:23pm. A few hours later I tried cancelling the order. I called the phone number on their website and talked to a representative. She stated that she was unable to cancel it and that she would create a ticket and that someone will be following up with me about this within 24h. I emailed Cellcore as well to ask to cancel before the charge was processed and the product shipped. I also contacted them on social media with no luck. On Saturday the charge was completed and the product was shipped on Sunday. They have no one answering the phone on weekends so trying to reach them was unsuccessful. I called them again on Monday Dec 18th and was told again that the person on the phone was unable to cancel the order and that he will create a ticket and someone will reach out to me. This all sounds like a scam like behavior since I attempted to cancel the order BEFORE it was processed and shipped. This company sounds fraudulent and I would like to get the refund. I placed an order on 11/1/23. The same day I called them to cancel the order, because I found a different product that I felt was better suited for me. A man answered the phone and said he could only take a message for me and relay it to the company. I explained that I had just placed the order and it was important for the order to be canceled right away so it wasnt mailed out. I did not receive any follow up. I later received the product and reached out via email. The company refused to issue a refund even though I called the same day to cancel. I ordered a bottle of CT minerals from Cell Core on June 17, 2023 and only half of the bottle amount was delivered. So to clarify, only 30 out of 60 capsules were inside the bottle. I contacted Cell Core via email and they said that they wouldve offered a refund if I had contacted them sooner. So on August 15, 2023 thinking that this couldnt possibly happen again, especially after I notified them of what happened on the first order, I decided to order another bottle and guess what yeah only 29 capsules out of what was supposed to be 60 capsules in the next bottle. I emailed Cell Core a second time, asking for a refund because they delivered a half empty bottle again for a second time, and then their response was a lie to me, and they said that they dont offer refunds even though their previous email they told me that they do. Their customer service is horrible and they steal your money for goods that you purchase and only deliver half. This is theft. I would like my money back on both orders and I would advise anyone looking to purchase anything from them to not. Choose a different company. Cell Core has horrible customer service and dont fulfill orders that are paid for and pretend that it isnt their problem and try to pass the blame onto the other company that they get their products from, their manufacturer. Well if I give Cell Core my money, and they take it, and dont give me what I paid for, then that is illegal, thats theft. They are to blame. No other middle man or manufacturer. I want my money back seeing as though I never received the full amount of what I paid for. I gave Cell Core money and they gave me half empty bottles and a huge headache to deal with their horrible lying customer service. This is extremely bad business and very immoral of this company. And I have all the proof and the emails to prove this. The total for both half empty bottles is $125.80. I would like a full refund. I personally recommend to never buy from Cell Core.Business Response
