I call and did a follow. ***** asked me to send her a photo of the disputes, which I did . Did hear back from AIM. We assumed they just dropped it. A few weeks ago we got a nail from a collection agency . We have 800 and 760 credit scores . We would like to see a final copy of them responding to our disputes . To whom this may concern, ***** was given her statement of security deposit within the time frame of her move-out. We did not receive a letter disputing the charges until 11/20/23, this was near 60 days after her move out letter was sent to her. Note that after receiving her letter we responded via letter in the mail to her new address. This letter stated that all the charges on her account will stand as the time frame to dispute charges had passed. Should you have any questions please let us know. *****,
Assets & Investments Management sent your letter in the mail per your lease agreement. It is out of our hands if the mail did or did not arrive. The ** has nothing to do with your move out, you were not charged. We have all of the evidence of your move in and move out reports. There is nothing more to discuss about your move out, all charges will stand.

My fianc and I are new tenants and have not been in the unit for 30 days as of yet. The management company has been turning our hot water off every week with me calling maintenance every week to come and turn it back on. Im pregnant and we also have a toddler. We have no notices for any plumbing issues or notice that hot water will be shut off for any specific reason. I have filed a complaint with the *************** as well as obtained a lawyer in which a lawsuit will be the next step if this problem is not fixed permanently for the duration of our lease.Business Response

Im renting a property from this company i am on section 8 housing which is covered every month on time with no problems. I however had a vandalism where someone threw a brick through my front window to the house. I immediately reported it as i wasnt sure what their intentions were and i believe to be a break in or vandalism. I contacted police explained a homeless relative had cam by which i didnt allow in my residents shortly after a man was seen throwing the brick thru the window. The manager ****** is beyond rude. She sends so many miscommunicated information. During this process of repairs she briefly implied i would have to cover cost which i stated i wouldnt because i do not know who did it nor do the cops. She never commented but sent me a statement which included 404 for a new window and 125 for a piece of ply wood she demanded maintenance put up after i said my father ****. She claimed my dad was not a approved vendor however she asked me to tape up the window and did not consider it a emergency. Im a single mom of three and she is denying any upper management or corporate office to dispute the billing with.Business Response

We rented a home through assets and investments management for six months. When we moved in little maintanence had been done to the place after the last renters mobbed out. We were paid for painting the house as my wife and I used to own a professional painting company. We left the home in better condition when we moved than when we arrived. They kept 1800$ of our deposit using preexisting problems as ammunition to do so. We made a ******* video documenting everything here is the link. https://youtu.be/Qcg48Bwa30k Any help in this matter would be wonderful. AIM should be held accountable for their theft and if they did this to us it's highly probable they are stealing from other families. Thank you for your time we appreciate you looking into this matter sincerely the ******* Family.Business Response

To whom this may concern,
The ******* family was paid at or above market value to have the opportunity to paint the home after they requested it. We have completed their move out and the amount withheld from their deposit is accurate. They were not charged for any preexisting issues. The accusations that we are "stealing" from other families is incorrect, we complete move-outs in a detailed and professional manner. We will not be refunding The ******* family as they are not owed any money. Thank you for your time on this matter.
