    I rented a storage unit from Acorn storage on 8-12-22, and payed for 16 months of storage use. On 11-22-23, I removed my items from the storage unit and cleaned it out. Then I signed a paper saying I removed my items from storage on 11-22-23. Acorn storage needs to refund the amount I payed for from 11-23-23 to 11-30-23, 8 days, when I was out of the storage unit, but was payed for. I called Acorn storage in December and they told me my check was in the mail. I have not received the check for the refund of 8 days in November, I was not in the storage unit. Dear Better Business Bureau, I would please like the money refunded to me, for the 8 days in November, I was not in the storage unit. I am mailing you a receipt with the dates and amounts payed for my storage unit. Thank you, Better Business Bureau, sincerely *******************.

    This tenant has a refund check sitting in our office. It was mailed out 1/2/24 to the address provided to us from ****. We have tried to reach him via phone and email.
