This place is a joke. If I could give it negative stars that's exactly what I would do. I spent over $5000 on repairs and when I pick it up the check engine light and change oil soon light is on....neither one was on prior to me having the vehicle towed in. STAY AWAY FROM MIKES AUTO CLINIC. SPREAD THE ***** THIS PLACE IS NO GOOD.

Do not go to Mike's auto clinic, went I for rear axle seals and a noise my engine was making. They did an inspection and said my truck needs 11k of repairs. My truck is only worth 6 k they said my truck will last 500 k miles and hi pressured me into the repairs. They never found the engine sound and said it was normal, I took my truck to a different shop and they found a 2 inch hole in my muffler, if they are that imcompatant what else did they not do or lie about also they could not produce any of my old parts,

We took my Wife's 2015 ************ in to check the electrical driver seat controller and replace bulb on front headlight. We were told that repairing the controller and replacing the Controller Cover would be over $500., which we told them forget it. Cost too much! We were told that we needed an oil change for sure. We said go ahead and make the oil change and replace the headlight bulb. It was agreed that when we took the car in on Friday that it would be done by the next Wednesday at noon. Drove by the lot each day in the morning and after the evening to see if they had started on the car. Mind you that during this time frame that it snowed on the car and another vehicle was blocking it. Came in to see if the car was done around 1:30pm Wednesday. Car was parked in the same spot with the snow still on car. Was told the car was all done and I needed to pay $643.06 for diagnosing the seat, replacing the head light bulb and oil change. I questioned if the car was done, because where it was parked and that it still had snow on the car. I was assured that they did all the work late Tuesday evening. I paid for the repairs and noticed that the engine oil light was still on and no oil change sticker on windshield. Drove around the lot, popped open the hood myself and checked the oil dip stick, which was dirty and and a quart low! Headlight was not also fixed. Told them that they didn't do the work and that they lied to me. Gave me some excuse for the mix up, then I waited at the shop for them to work on the car. No apology for wasting my time! They lied several times about telling me about talking to my wife for some of the repairs, when I'm the only one that had contact them on the phone. You can't trust this shop. Buyer beware!

Took my Escalade in for a tune up, they changed plugs and wires; went to pick up car and it hardly ran, something went wrong! They said since we have new plugs that it runs stronger now and made the lifters go bad...eh?? They told me it would cost another $7,450 to replace my lifters, I asked them to recheck their work and to make sure the mechanic didn't miss something when they did the tune up or something got unplugged, ***** at the front desk assured me that nothing was done wrong and it's my lifters. I drove my car off barely as it felt like it was missing cylinder or something. I went to another place and the mechanic found that the #1 fuel injector was unplugged, he plugged it in and the car ran great. I couldn't believe that ****'s Auto was telling me I had to pay another $7450 to make it run correct, when it was just a wire unplugged and from what I understand these fuel injectors don't unplug themselves..go figure? I tried to talk to the owner for weeks and **** never called me and just ignored my messages and phone calls, totally not professional and makes me think that they were trying to scam me even more since he would not face up to me the customer and apologize for them somehow unplugging the wire and not figuring it out... Always get a 2nd opinion!!

Buyer beware, took my car in for a break check because the car was pulling to the left when stopping and brakes sometimes squeaking. I was charged and told it would be ******** for a REAR ONLY brake job on a 2006 **** focus. When my family went in to get clarification and ask questions, they where told that price included a ****** transmission service and a ***** oil change. Neither of these were requested to be done, they said they had a verbal phone authorization. I asked for a copy of the phone recording they said they didn't have it, I asked for the camera video recording they said you cant hear the conversation because of background noise?. The shop manager said he did not have the authority to negotiate and the owner **** was out of town and wouldn't be back till next weak. I returned with family members following weak and was told the owner was still not in the office, I asked if they could call him they said no????. I asked the weak prior for my old parts that had been taken off the car they said they went in the trash and the trash had already been picked up, also they said shops don't do that anymore I corrected them and said yes they do and I named several shops that do. I was told the only way to get my car back was to pay the over ******* dollar ****. Seniors please be aware I have since read many instances of taking you're car in for a small issue then being told it is thousands of dollars to fix.
