I paid $125 to repair the irrigation system. He changed one valve. The problem was not solved. He came back two days later, changed a second valve. The system was still leaking . He took back the valve. He said he would come back today Friday 26, 2023. He never came back and told my tenant over the phone that he was not coming back to fix the system. He should return the valve he took. I would never recommend this business. Stealing a valve is not professional.

****** had contacted us stating she needed a valve replaced. Told her it is $125 for a valve replacement. She agreed. Upon replacing the valve she had stated she thinks there is a second one needing replaced i told her it would be $50 she declined.

The following days i was called back to replace the second valve as it was leaking. i told her it was going to be $75 she got offended that it was going to be more.i explained it was seperate service call but was still trying to help. I replaced the second valve internal parts but the entire valve needed replaced. I told her i would come back. She had a terrible attitude and felt i should do the repair for free. Upon further review i concluded we wouldnt be coming back to finish the repair and told the tenant of the rental when she called me.

This company is not reliable. They never come back to finish the job. They are too lazy to dig a hole to fix the problem.
