    I purchased a 2022 class C motorhome in March of 2023 and have had several issues from the point of pick up to this date. At the time of pick up, the motorhome was not ready. The car caddy the was purchased with the motorhome could not be hooked to the vehicle. Should have been known by the delivery crew if the inspection sheet was followed. A satellite system was sold that was not able to be used on this motorhome due to wiring, new connector/wire had to be installed and Bretz expected me to pay for labor. Once on the road cross country, several things happened to we could not see at time of pick up. Dinning table would not stay up once you got on the road and applied any downward pressure. The tv fell off the mounting bracket as we were on the road the staff at Bretz said the screws are stripped back of the tv but they will not replace the tv. I have to buy a new tv. Service light came on just as I went to drive off but had problems trying to get them to check it out. While on the trip, service light came on for the steering control and Bretz does not service and have to take the motorhome to Mountain Home to get it serviced and Bretz never informed me that, that was the closest location for service. There were several other issues with the unit that I have tried to get fixed that the sales person has said should had been checked and fixed prior to sale but service department missed but on their check list. Lastly when I call Bretz, I get no answer and have to leave a message but get no call back. I have emailed and called different people to include 3 different service people and the general manager and get no call backs over the past 2 months.I would think twice before purchasing from Bretz even if the sales person and finance person were very good.
