If I could give zero stars I would. I saw a posting for an open position with their company on ********* I reached out to them regarding it and scheduled an interview. The interview came and went and went well. I was hired to start on Tuesday, April 9, 2024. I went in and was there at 8am, as requested. I was not told what to wear or anything before my arrival and was told I would be filling out paperwork that day. When I got there I was put right to work. It was only after a few trucks that they asked for my two forms of ID. I went to my vehicle to grab my wallet to get them, then returned to my vehicle to put my wallet back. On my walk back to the office I was texting my wife to bring my water boots so my feet would stay dry. Here is where I was accused, by the owner, of stealing. I was trying to let him know what I was doing and he interrupted me and proceeded to curse at me and was saying I using that as an excuse. He went on a rant about how clean his phone was and asked to see mine to compare them. It went on to where he was comparing himself to me and saying how he makes more money and I am lazy. I was not trained in any way to wash trucks or do what they wanted. I asked questions but got the cold shoulder. I began to stand and observe how they were doing things but each truck was different so I was unsure what to do. When I tried to do anything, I was yelled at and told that "is not how we do it." This treatment went on all day where I was called names by not only the owners but one coworker. After my day was done I went home and let them know that I would not be returning because I would not be treated as trash. I wrote two employee reviews on ****** and ********* This upset the owner and he proceeded to bash my name and say how I used drugs at work and many other things. This was all on social media. After looking at their ****** reviews, the owner is not only rude to his employees but also the customers who leave bad reviews.
