      I am writing with deep frustration and emotional distress regarding the unprofessional and dismissive behavior I have experienced from Prime Sports Med. I am not a patient of theirs; I am simply a visitor to the apartment complex behind their office. I park in their lot at night, after their office has closed, because the parking spaces are available, and I am not causing any disruption.They recently threatened with having my car toweddespite the fact that Prime Sports Med has no authority over the lot they claim to manage. What makes this situation even more appalling is that their staff frequently parks in the spaces meant for residents of the apartments. So not only am I being wrongfully harassed for parking in an available space, but the staff members who should be setting an example are occupying the very spaces that belong to residents.On top of all this, I am grieving the recent loss of my mother. I have been spending time with my sister, trying to navigate this incredibly difficult time. Instead of being able to focus on my family and healing, I have been subjected to unnecessary stress and hostility from Prime Sports Med. I simply wanted to have a calm conversation, hoping for some understanding, but was met with aggressive behavior and outright dismissal from their staff, especially a manager named ******.I was dismissed, belittled, and treated like I didnt matter. Its been incredibly painful to try and express my concerns while dealing with such unprofessionalism. The way their staff has treated meespecially during this already volatile time in my lifehas made my grieving process even more unbearable.The staff at Prime Sports Med has repeatedly acted as if they are the only ones who matter, treating me and others with complete disregard. want my experience to be known, as no one should be made to feel so insignificant or disrespected, especially when they are simply trying to go about their day.
