Sadly we were over promised and misguided.It was still cool, May 23 and *******'s crew showed up to do the job, they had to reschedule, then they were late.The crew drilled a hole in my drywall without my consent from men who did not speak English while the owner was not present. The guys took my power drill and drilled into my drywall in garage. This was unauthorized by myself.******* dud the estimate but day of, there were 2 men who came that I did not know. These 2 men gave me an extension cord and had me plug it into my house. My lights flickered because of the strain from their use. ******* showed up because the truck insulation mechanics broke down, no insulation was moving. We were told we would get r49 but on the invoice it shows r19 and r30:( Sad part is, I feel no diffrence and this was on the cool days where we were not using hvac system that early in the season. ******* pressured us to pay right then and there, on the spot. He was rather pushy and aggressive making it sound as though he had to leave and I must pay . The truck was stalled and insulation wasn't flowing, the lights in my house were flickering causing me to think something was terribly wrong for the crew to use an extension cord in my house. ******* told me he had to check my breaker box as he crawled into my garage space. The house required the door to be ajar to accommodate their extension cord, this bringing insulation debris into our home. I want r49 in vaulted attic, that us what we agreed on but I did not get. I want compensation for the hole drilled in my drywall and the promised material in vaulted attic.Invoice image is now uploaded Uploaded is my request for refund and *******'s inaccurate response
