I purchased a trailer on 6/11/22. I paid $136 for "Title transfer-licensing fee" and was given a temporary permit that expired on 7/26. I was told that the permanent plates would arrive within 45 days. It has been well over two months and I have not received the plates. I have made numerous attempts to receive an additional temporary permit to no avail. At this point the business is no longer responding to my texts. I just want to have a street legal trailer.Business response

I just purchased a 2022 Utility trailer to tow my Harley ********** and personal belongings from ******* to ****************. I drove it home from the ****** Store the day I picked it up. Parked at my home loaded ********** tied it down to the e-tracks trailer plus installed! I took it on the freeway for the first time yesterday 6/4/22 and one of the tires flew off and went back and forth across the freeway almost causing accidents and harm to other drivers! All the bolts were shaved off! I was along the side of a dangerous freeway in hot weather having to keep my truck running for three hours they installed a hub and then had to use the spare I bought. I now have to get another spare for my upcoming long trip! So now today 6/6/22 I am moving some personal items around in the trailer and Thank goodness I noticed that the e-tracks **** at the ****** store installed which My Harley ********** was strapped to had all come loose! I will be on the road tomorrow had I not noticed my Harlwy would have fell over! I am very nervous to drive this trailer anywhere especially over a mountain pass! Help please!Business response

I had purchased a 2022 Pro Series enclosed 24ft trailer, on March 8, 2022 at the TrailerPlus location in *****, **. Five days later we used the trailer. While we were on the highway, the studs from the hubs broke complete off on one side leaving the trailer swaying and dragging on the two lane highway, with no tires or rims on one side. Luckily nobody was killed from this incident, because it could have been a very serious accident. I contacted TrailerPlus spoke to ****** and was told to call Treddit to get a tow, they needed the trailer to arrive at their location to see why this incident happened. I went ahead and did what I was told by the company. In the mean time we had gotten a uhaul for the items in the trailer. Eventually they went ahead and made repairs, but told me that they were not able to determine if the manufacture was at fault or the parts supplier that they work with, they did say that these parts were not theirs and were from a different supplier because at the time of assembly they didn't have the parts that they normally use, I told them that I should be refunded for the extra costs I had to pay due to the faulty equipment that was used on the trailer. I had to pay to get items out of the trailer which resulted in a uhaul fee of $341.59 plus gas that was an extra expense, plus I had to pay $754.00 for a tow that they told me to get, so that they would be able to do an investigation as well as repair. They contacted me and said these expenses weren't covered but that they were going to reimburse me on the uhaul and tow, they later changed their mind and only sent check for uhaul. I recently took my trailer out, and noticed my tire is eaten up so badly in one area, it seems the wheel is possibly locking, Im now waiting for a solution. This trailer has been nothing but problems, Its not reliable and not safe. Every month is a new issue, now I hope that the next time I take the trailer out, it doesn't cost me more than money can buy.Business response
