This customer is ridiculous. His biggest complaint it would seem is that he didn't receive a "confirmation email", which as you can see in the attachment, he in fact did. Then he complains that I didn't answer his phone calls, which I don't list my phone so I don't answer calls from numbers I do not know and I certainly do not answer them when whomever it is calls ten times in a row, I had to block the number to keep the phone from ringing over and over and over again. In that confirmation email that WAS sent to him (and I have little doubt is still sitting in his spam folder) it states that there is a 4-6 weeks turn around time as everything I make is hand made as it is ordered and since I am not some big box store but a simple one artist operation making everything myself, it can get a bit backed up, especially when you order something right before Christmas.

***** even went so far as to file a complaint with the *** about this. I called the *** and had a good laugh with them about it. They just love it when someone files a complaint with a busy ***** ****** over a $50 issue. I don't think they took it quite as seriously as ***** did. But I digress...

You will also note from the attachment that ***** was issued a refund already, even though my shop policy listed on the page says that no cancellations are accepted. His order was not even due to be sent out yet, so I was under no obligation to refund him but did so because frankly it was clear that this kind of person is never happy with anything. They spend their entire lives trying to make others as angry as they are about their lives and frankly, I am not going to bite at that hook. He can have his misery, I am not interested.

I hope this clears up the story of *****... I mean ***********

    Have a great day.
