Trying to refinance a car to our bank from these folks and have had nothing but nightmares trying to get the Pay Off info and the Electronic Title. First on Pay Off amount they sent info in an encrypted folder, it could not be forwarded, copied or anything else done with it, after several more hours of trying and again calling them for support I was told they had given me all they were going to give me and I could use that or figure out another way to get the Pay Off amount. Then after waiting for over 6 hours for the Title Person who was actually qualified to issue the Electronic Title was actually not available and to try back again on another day. Totally Unprofessional, very rude people in **************** and the ************************************** was as unproffessional as they come. Very upsetting experience

I have been struggling for about the past year or two. Lookout Credit Union (formerly ***** State Credit Union) updated their banking system, and I have had nothing but trouble. While the customer service reps are polite and helpful, I keep accruing late fees on my credit card and often cannot get their system to work so that I can pay my monthly bill. I keep a credit card with them that I got some years ago because the interest rate is quite low. Once in awhile I would forget my payment, bring the account back up to date, and move on with life. At some point last year, my autopay stopped working. Instead of getting an email, I racked up a few hundred dollars in returned charges fees over the course of a few months. The system should stop after one declined payment and email or text the cardholder. The credit union refunded some of these fees, but not all of them. I figured this was pretty typical of any bank, and let it go because I didn't stay on top of it. But, I have continued to have issues paying my bill. With their new system, I cannot see my credit card listed in my card list, only on my dashboard. It has been this way for months despite filing support tickets. Their system also dropped my external payment information at some point, which included a bank account to pay my card. When I tried to add the external account again, the verification system took over a week to work. When it did finally work, it was so confusing that the system locked my attempt to add that account, while simultaneously asking me to try adding it again. Customer services reps are helping me, but this has become ridiculous and I am tried of paying late fees because of their newer systems. I loved my experience with ***** Credit Union, and the front line staff have always been helpful even now. However, I would recommend banking somewhere else unless you want to pay for a slew of technical errors and mismanagement.
