    The date of service was March 24, 2022. The charge of $50.00 was for backflow testing. This charge was paid by me with a check on March 24, 2022. It cleared my bank on 3/29/22. I have provided my bank statement showing this. Since then I have received repeated ******** for this amount and now the bill received today August 24, 2022, says they also performed this service again on 03/28/22. This never happened. I have tried to reach out to them repeatedly, by phone...no one ever answers. The message says to leave a voicemail but the mailbox has always been full and cannot receive any voicemails. I have also e-mailed them about this bill and canceling my service and have NEVER heard a word from them except for more statements. No account number was ever issued to us. We used this service for over 10 years but when the old owner sold to new people we were never informed and this has been the result. Please can you help us before they decide it is a collection matter. I have proof that it has been paid. Thank you, *******************.

    In the fall of last year, we hired ***** from NG2 Testing Service to blow out our sprinklers at 2 different addresses. ***** ******* came out and performed the service. We knew that he had changed the name of his business but when we went to pay him for his services, we forgot to change the name of the **** Pay payable to NG2 Testing. We mailed the check to ****************************************************************** where I always had and it was marked payable to Rockys. I later found out that a guy named Micky had purchased Rockys and cashed our check without ever stepping a foot on our property. No call from him asking what the $80 check was for or anything. He just took the money not knowing anything about us and cashed it. We contacted him and all he did was bad mouth ***** whom he bought the business from. At the end of the conversation, he assured us he would send the money back to us. We spoke several times since and he still has not returned the money. We have sent him multiple text messages with zero response. We think it is pretty poor practice to take a 95 year old WWII Veteran's money and a person has to go to this extent to get their money back!!
