I think their business is a scam. They offer you a discount points system to earn money off your next purchase. The more you spend, the bigger the discount. The points system has been great until recently. The points are disappearing in the cart and your not able to use the points discount, nanamacs doesn't care that you lost your points to cyber space. They do not hold their end of the deal. Half of the purchases are damaged and not good quality. If a product you bought is damaged and they don't have your size, it can't be returned. They don't make returns on sale items and if they don't have your size to exchange, you are stuck with clothes that you bought but can't wear. If you do return something, you can't get your money back it goes back to their website for future purchases. I think these are bad business practices. We would like to address several inaccurate claims in this review in hopes to clarify things for current and future customers. First, we recently migrated to a new reward points system platform. With the old platform, reward points were deducted when the order was placed utilizing the reward discount. With our new system the points are deducted when a reward is selected at checkout and a discount code is created. If the customer decides to not use the reward discount and removes it from their cart or their cart is not eligible for the reward code it will still deduct from the point balance for the creation of the code. This reward however is still available to the customer to use on future eligible purchases and can be located in a couple of places. The first is when the customer logs into their ********************** account and scrolls to the bottom of the account page they will see a place that says "Use your previously redeemed rewards" and below will be all the unused redeemed rewards in the form of dollar amount badges for them to click and have applied automatically to their cart (no need to copy and save a code). The second place the customer can find these previously redeemed codes is on our NM VIP Rewards page. Once they log into their account the customer can see their point balance and under the "Your Rewards" section see any unused reward discount codes again shown in the form of a dollar amount badge. We have outlined reward points can not be utilized on any sale, flash sale, Doorbuster, or Print-on-Demand items as well as cannot be used in addition to any sale codes.
Secondly, if a customer receives a damaged item we ask that they reach out to us supplying a photo of the damage/defective item within 3 days of receiving their order because after 3 days we cannot guarantee once the customer has had the merchandise in their care for a longer period of time that the issue did originate from the manufacturer. If we have the item available we will offer either a replacement or compensation in either the form of a store credit gift card or a refund back to the original form of payment. If we do not have a replacement then the customer is offered either a store credit gift card or a refund as compensation for the damaged/defective item.
Thirdly, our return policy states that items purchased from our sale collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as, after the percentage off and shipping costs, we end up going below value. In addition, our sale banners outline if a discount is final sale so customers are aware before purchase. Lastly, our return policy outlines customers are refunded in the form of a digital store credit gift card that never expires for their return. We hope this will help our current and future customers understand how our rewards work and what to expect with our return policy regarding damages and return compensation. 5 starsI am a fairly new customer. I ordered a 5 dresses over the summer that fit very well and I got tons of compliments on them! Recently I ordered a bunch of sale items but accidentally forgot the sale code. I explained that it was a mistake and was able to receive a credit for the money I lost from the sale. I appreciate that NanaMacs made the situation right. I will continue to do business with them for their quality clothing and responsive customer service.Review fromKarrah K

Cute clothes, terrible customer service. I have accumulated hundreds of dollars in reward points in a short time with no way to redeem them. I have yet to receive a response from more than one email on how to use earned reward points THAT EXPIRE, and it's been about a month now and I'm still waiting. Looks like I'm one of many with a bad customer service experience, thus I will no longer be the loyal customer I was.NanaMacs Boutique

Our NanaMacs **************** team takes pride in providing timely, and informative responses to ensure our customers are receiving the support they need.
This customers orders, email correspondence with our **************** team as well as their reward points earning, and redemption history have been thoroughly reviewed.
The latest and only emails with this customer are from January 2023 where our customer service agent addressed multiple questions over several days. They provided appropriate, helpful, and timely responses to each of this customers inquiries including one specific to rewards where this customer was seeking rewards for dollars they had spent before signing up for the program and acknowledged that since they enrolled, have received rewards, and redeemed them. They did not inquire about how to use points and if they had, that information would have been provided. The numerous email exchanges between this customer and our agent were pleasant and amicable in nature.
Reward points are easy to redeem! Simply apply your points for a discount at checkout using the drop-down feature. Points are not eligible to be redeemed on print on demand or sale styles. This may be why the customer is not seeing this option as it does not appear when there are only sale items in a cart. Points expire 1 year from your last purchase. This customer last purchased in August 2023 so points will not expire until August 2024.

1 starBad customer service! Returns take forever and you have to mail them yourself so shipping fees are very high. Had to pay $25 to return 3 pairs of jeans and they only give you store credit. 1 starNanaMacs has TERRIBLE customer service. They are rude and condescending. I ordered a hat from them and somehow my order got sent to an incorrect address. I know I typed in my address correct because, well, I live there. I reached out to them and they were completely rude and made no attempt to correct the situation. 1 starI had been a follower a few years ago. I commented on someone's post and kayline completely blocked me from nanamacs Instagram. It wasn't even a comment relating to nanamacs. 1 starNot happy with this company. I ordered some clothes from Nanamacs and they sent me something in the wrong size. I ordered a small and they sent me a medium. I have sent numerous emails, messaged them on ******** and Instagram. Asked them to email me back through ******** live. Ive had no response. Their site says I have to pay to sent my package back, but its not my fault that they sent me the wrong size. 1 starClothing is a hit or miss. Either super cute or a very ***** feel. However, this is NOT why I hate this company. *** returned 4 items from an order exactly as their return policy. Shipped ***** and tracked the delivery. Its been 2 weeks since they have received the return. I have not gotten any return confirmation or digital gift card per the policy. Ive been trying to reach them via email and by phone. Phone number is just a recording to reach out via help@nanamacs. Long story short they owe me over a hundred dollars for the return and literally will not respond to my emails or texts. Although when I contacted them about shipment with the nana macs fast pass they responded instantly. I highly recommend you spend your money somewhere else. They are not worth the headache and money loss. Terrible customer service. If you have something you dont like maybe try sell it to someone else first, otherwise nanamacs just steals it from you!
