      The advertisement said that the veneer teeth were real looking, that you could do/ eat, drink anything with them except eat a candy apple. The ad also promised a full refund if not happy.What I got was a cheap piece of white plastic shaped like teeth that maybe could fit a five year old and a warning NOT to drink or eat with them in. The fake Halloween teeth at the dollar store look more real and fit better.I tried to get my money back, as advertised, but they claimed that they would only refund a small portion of what I paid (like only 8 dollars) because I opened the box. Also they want ME to pay for shipping the product to ***** before they will return any money.I googled them and found a bunch of other people scammed by this company and I hope they are taking steps to get this scammer shut down.The ads are still airing on ******* and when I see them I have to change the station.Everything they say is their ad is a lie.They need to be shut down and forced to refund everyone ALL of the money they scammed from them. And for God's sake, take down the ads.

      Where are my teeth,. You took my money but no upgrade on who what when where why. Where are my teeth where's the package with them? When will they be delivered? Either deliver them or refund the money trying to contact with smile is nearly impossible no one answered the phone that was listed somewhere on their ad in their ad no one answers give me my money back or send the teeth now thank you and provide a real number that people can contact you on thank you

      On Jan 9, 2024, we purchased a mouthpiece from swiftsmile. We didn't like it, so I called to get our money back. They said to just keep it, but they refunded the portion they agreed to on Feb. 6. Then on Mar. 15, they withdrew another $19.55 even though we cancelled the whole deal the beginning of February. When I've been trying to call them now, I can't seem to get through. Hopefully, we have no more strange payments to swiftsmile. I have instructed PayPal to stop all future attempts by swiftsmile to get money from our account.

      I purchased this frivolous product that did not live up to what was advertised. This is false advertisement. They did not do what they said it would. You end up with a thin, fake persona of what was advertised.

      I ordered a product from swift smile and never received my product. They refuse to refund my money.

      Upon receiving product, did not like the product at all and returned same day item was received! Total was $33.82, and item was returned same day with free returns! Date purchased was June 12, 2023! Money was deducted from my debit card, and refund was never reissued!

      I ordered and paid for a product from this company and to date have never received the product or a refund. This is not right and I cant afford to pay businesses for products they never send. I also have a folder full of emails between myself and this rip off company offering me zero ways to resolve this matter. They think I should just allow them to take my money and not send the product I paid for. This is wrong and they could make it right by sending me the product I paid for with a signature upon receipt of delivery.

      Please update you website with the information on the attached which I included to the complaint initially.  This was NOT a service issue this was theft. Consumers should know not to order from this company.

      Purchased 2 swift smile units. Charged my Am Express card on 4/25/23 .... $ *****. 90 day return policy. Took one look at product...cheap plastic look. Returned immediately. STILL waiting on credit for return. Post Office says they were received by merchant. Want my credit applied to AE card used to purchase.... asap. Don't care to take it to court,,,but will if no action is taken to correct. This product is a JOKE. Not as advertised. Order #***************
