I ordered a product from Swift Smile that was supposed to be free and with no strings attached ( supposedly). As a precaution, I thought this was a good idea since I once had an accident with a dental bridge before, and it's not always possible to get a dental appointment right away, especially when it comes to aesthetics. I received this so-called product, but the product itself was a piece of junk and not usable (substandard). It's still in the original package. They then proceeded to withdraw $20.33, almost monthly! (They did miss billing me for May and August).Once I noticed these bookings, I immediately instructed ****** to stop those payments. I contacted the customer service department of ********************** which informed me that I had "agreed" to some sort of a membership (subscription), which I was NOT AWARE OF. The membership appears to have provided no benefit at all, there were no monthly deliveries or anything. I also generally never agree to any membership at all, ever. I just simply don't have the money or the time to maintain nonsensical subscriptions that end up being a hassle. They offered a free product and hid a subscription! They claim it's a subscription, so one could get discounts vouchers, etc. These deductions from my account are nothing less than fraudulent including false advertisement. They claim you can manage your subscription online when their site doesn't even allow you to do that anywhere, there are no logins, products, or anything. I am aware that scammers are hiding such dubious conditions somewhere in the small print pretty inaccessible ( old trick) common issue known for years. Ordering from this firm is A BIG Mistake. I may not have any recourse at all with them and the money they took I guess is gone . Seeking justice for these amounts is often not even worth the effort. I'd be happy if anything could be done to such scrupulous scammers. I also could provide documentation. Take this as a Warning if nothing else comes of it.Initial Complaint

My daughter purchased this for me. IMMEDIATELY THAT SHE HIT SENT I CALLED TO CANCEL THE ORDER. SINCE IT WAS WITHIN SECONDS I WAS VERY CLEAR N ADAMANT NOT TO MAIL ME ANYTHING N TO CANCEL THE ORDER N REQUESTED A COMPLETE REFUND.I returned the pckg WITHOUT OPENING and as of yet I have not received neither a refund nor any acknowledgment that they received the returned item.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from swift smile that totaled $100.05. I paid in full the day I ordered. The product itself was a piece of junk and not usable. However, I have finally realize that swift smile has been removing money from my bank account via ****** every month, now totaling $242.36! They claim I joined some kind of subscription, which I was absolutely NOT AWARE of. I am disabled and retired and they saw someone they could scam. I have emailed them and insisted they refund my money, without any response. Please help me. I cannot afford to lose this much money, being on a fixed income. I believe they are swindlers and I have no idea how to stop them. So in total, swift smile has $342.41 of my money.all for a couple of pieces of useless plastic. I understand I made the purchase and paid dearly for it in the amount of $100.05. However, all the subsequent deductions from my bank account is nothing less than theft. What can I do? My mom saw an ad for SwiftSmile. She is a senior citizen and her teeth are in bad shape because of a bad dentist experience. After she saw the commercial for Swift Smile she begged me to order them for her. 4 BOXES! I urged her to wait as she had an actual dentist appointment coming up the following week but she wanted to buy it asap as the commercial seemed promising to her and she was worried that they would run out of stock as there was a message on their web site that said "low stock" and there were constant pop up notifications that claimed that someone had made a purchase 'x' minutes ago. (A known scam tactic) But because she still wanted it so much, I gave in.When the products came, they were in small boxes, and when we opened them, they were BRIGHT white- not near a natural tooth color, they looked cheap and flimsy, had poor directions, came with just the top pair of teeth (no bottoms) and did not even fit in her mouth naturally.It was so bad, that my bank flagged the card for fraud. I called them to get a refund because I was highly disappointed. We spent over $100 bucks for them and it looks like you can get out of a gumball machine. When I called, the first time the called dropped. I called back and spoke to someone. it was really back reception and I could barely hear her, but after explaining what happened she told me to take it to the *********** and I had to pay about $7 for shipping and handling. The directions weren't clear at all. I don't know where I'm supposed to send it to or anything. BAD BAD BAD Do not buy. I want ALL of my money back.Initial Complaint

The advertisement said that the veneer teeth were real looking, that you could do/ eat, drink anything with them except eat a candy apple. The ad also promised a full refund if not happy.What I got was a cheap piece of white plastic shaped like teeth that maybe could fit a five year old and a warning NOT to drink or eat with them in. The fake Halloween teeth at the dollar store look more real and fit better.I tried to get my money back, as advertised, but they claimed that they would only refund a small portion of what I paid (like only 8 dollars) because I opened the box. Also they want ME to pay for shipping the product to ***** before they will return any money.I googled them and found a bunch of other people scammed by this company and I hope they are taking steps to get this scammer shut down.The ads are still airing on ******* and when I see them I have to change the station.Everything they say is their ad is a lie.They need to be shut down and forced to refund everyone ALL of the money they scammed from them. Where are my teeth,. You took my money but no upgrade on who what when where why. Where are my teeth where's the package with them? When will they be delivered? On Jan 9, 2024, we purchased a mouthpiece from swiftsmile. We didn't like it, so I called to get our money back. They said to just keep it, but they refunded the portion they agreed to on Feb. 6. Then on Mar. 15, they withdrew another $19.55 even though we cancelled the whole deal the beginning of February. When I've been trying to call them now, I can't seem to get through. Hopefully, we have no more strange payments to swiftsmile. I have instructed PayPal to stop all future attempts by swiftsmile to get money from our account.Initial Complaint
