I went to place an order with them for 3 bottles of cologne and due to their website glitching it made a double order totaling $250.00. I sent them an email explaining what had happened that I wanted to amend the order to only 3 bottles instead of 6 and I wanted the 125$ refunded to me and the 3 bottles of cologne mailed to me. They tried to persuade me into keeping my order but taking a 20% off discount from future purchases. I told them that I didn't want that and at the rate they are going I wouldn't be doing any more business with them in the future. I asked the to refund my money and they never replied. I have since sent them a few emails telling them to either refund my money or send me the product to which they have not replied. Right now I feel like I am being rebelled of my money as I am out $250.00 with nothing to show for it. I am asking for assistance in getting this matter taken care of since they will not reply and to prevent other people from being scammed in the future.Initial Complaint

I have returned this item and it was returned to their location on March 8th. They have ever since ignored my emails regarding the status of my refund. This company has received a tremendous amount of complaints related to mines on trustpilot.com I shouldn't have to keep asking for my refund when their fake fragrance has been returned promptly back to them.Initial Complaint

I paid ***** plus tax for Cologne from this Cupid Fragrance business and never received anything since I ordered on 2/8/2024 I want my money back and to report this business as fraudulent and criminal scammer I tried to track the package by the tracking number they provided and its a fake or invalid numberInitial Complaint

They claim a full refund if not happy with the product. I emailed numerous times and they finally responded 3 months later. I am still waiting on my 100% refund. THis all started on December 15, 2023Initial Complaint

1/1/2024 $73.43 taken from bank for product . It took roughly 3 weeks to get product. Uppon receipt I was immediately unhappy with aroma. 1/28 emailed request for refund. 1/29 reiterated dissatisfaction. 1/30 they respond with ridiculous compromise. 1/31 I declined and stated I just want my money back. 2/1 followed up with request for refund and dissatisfaction with their business parctice. I believe it was 2/7 when they sent me instructions and address to return product to. 2/8 I email copy of tracking receipt from **** exactly following THEIR directions. 2/29 I sent another email requesting an answer as to where $ is. 3/2 I sent another email with dissatisfaction indication. I checked the ******** tracking site they received the returned package on 2/12. I havent had ANY response from them since 1/30. I just want a full refund of my $ not poor business practice and lame excuses and unacceptable offers.Initial Complaint

I ordered ******* from them, prices were $59.99 a bottle regular price, they were on sale $***** a bottle with a special buy 2 get 1 free they charged me for all 3 bottles at ***** and said its like getting one free at regular price.. whatever it is what it is, its now been over a month since ordering and Ive sent the business multiple emails asking if its shipped because Ive received no tracking and they finally responded saying they are out of stock and if Id like to upgrade to a different type thats more expensive I can and I just asked for my money to be returned and the email has been read and Im getting zero response again I ordered this for a birthday gift, their website claims fast shipping, its been over a month and its 2 weeks past the birthday I have now sent 8 emails over the span of a month and have been replied to once I just want my money back and they dont seem to care..Initial Complaint

I purchased mens cologne for ******. per the add I saw it was buy 1 bottle at ***** and receive 2 free. when I completed the purchase they charged my account ******. I immediately canceled my order. I got a rsponse offering me 20 pecrent off my order (i declined) i have emailed them at least 7 times and get no response about my refund all 3 of their customer service phone numbers are no longer in service.this transaction was done on Feb 5 2024.
