    On June 1, **** I wrote a check for $9,180.00 to pay for pavers to complete a landscaping job. This job was never completed. The contractor was going to give me a refund of my money, but has not done so despite numerous phone calls. He is not responding to my messages. I would like this money refunded as quickly as possible.

    The check paid from ************* for the amount of $9,180.00 was not just for pavers to complete a landscaping job. In that amount it was to pay for the multiple change orders for the vinyl fence, the removing of multiple trees, adding a gate, adding cedar flower boxes to the exterior side of her fence, adding gravel base product to the exterior side of the fence. There is still a remaining balance from multiple change orders from the interior project that were not paid for such as changing of lights in hallway and laundry area, changing of paint color, chandelier installation in dining area, new fan in living room, new can light installation above the fireplace, installation of new baseboard in living/dining/hallway/kitchen/laundry rooms, painting of door jambs & doors(touch up),  new dishwasher pan, new dishwasher electrical connection & box, shoe moulding around the kitchen cabinets, mold & mildew inhibitor, and cleaning in the kitchen. 
    ************* decided to buy another house before we could get paid on the interior finishes and finish the exterior parts of a separate contract. She ask that we come get our tools and refund her the total amount of the last check she wrote in the amount of $9,180.00 after breaching her contracts.

    In my last communication with ******************, he stated that he knew that he owed me a refund from the last check issued. He planned to itemize the work done and let me know the amount that he owed me. When I did not hear back from him, I left voice-mail and texts that were not returned.

    I find it interesting that ****************** claims that I broke the contracts with him. I had three contracts with him beginning in February 2023, and none of those contracts were completed.
