    I live at the apartment complex and do have a lease in my name. When I completed the lease I supplied my license plate number as requested. My car became stuck in the ice at the apartment complex and I tried with a shovel and kitty litter to get it out. It slid sideways and one of the tires went across the white line into the other parking spot. I had help come that same night to help me get my car out but when they arrived my car had been booted. The boot company said they could see I had tried to move my car and it was obvious it was stuck but they had responded to a request for my car to be booted. I called the manager, ******, the next morning to receive assistance. She let me know that when the lease was entered into the computer my license plate number had been left off. When she saw my car was taking up 2 spots she entered the plate number into her software so they could do a courtesy call letting me know if I did not move it it would be booted. My plate was not in their system so she believed the car did not belong there so she called for the boot. She said due to her error they would ask the boot company to only charge me 1/2 the fee. I asked them to remove the charge completely as I did not get the phone call warning and I did attempt to move the car within the same day it was stuck and I had a right to park there. She refused and said if she did it for me she would have to do it for everyone. When I asked her who her boss was she said "you have her". When asked who owns the building she said she had no idea. When asked who she reports to she said nobody. When asked who signs her paychecks she said none of your business. I believe I should not have been charged a boot fee for having my car parked in a parking lot where it did not belong when I have a lease (with the attached license plate number of my car) nor when a car is stuck but moved in the same day. I am asking for a credit of the $35.00 on my rent as the boot company will not issue refunds.

    We moved out of Stonebrook Apartments on 31 May 2022. We had scheduled a walk through with the Stonebrook administrative personal. Maintenance and administrative officer personal come over and walked through the apartment and stated that everything looked good and did not identify any problems. Before I left, I had identified the a door to the cabinet in the kitchen had a crack in it at the top, I took pictures and gave it to Apartment manager ***********************, and informed her that I would use my ****************** to pay for fixing the crack; she informed me that they would take care of the cost of repairing or replacing the cabinet door.After 30 days to receive my $500.00 security deposit, they only sent me $50.00. I called them and talked to them about why they only sent me $50.00. The ***** and lying administrative clerk informed me that we had not been totally moved out so that they could do a walk through. I had cleaned that apartment, shampooed the rugs, cleaned the non-self cleaning oven, cleaned everything in that apartment. They have a clean company that cleans after residents move out, also. They told me that there was animal fur on the walls, that maintenance or the painters could not get off, which is a lie. I paid them $300.00 Pet fee which is to be used for anything the pets might have done to the apartment. They sent us pictures indicating that we did not clean anything in that apartment, and that the kitchen/dining room floor had been damaged, which is a lie. The picture of the floor that was damaged did not even look like the floor that we had. I called and e-mailed them that disputing their claims. ***********************, Complex manager did not like what I was disputing and flat out calling them crooks and calling they lyers . They called the ******* police and informed them that I was threating them, which was a lie. According to ******* police they did not send them the threats that they requested.
