      We were using this business as a broker for car insurance. They charge a broker fee at the time of renewal, on top of ** paying the insurance carrier directly. Here is a timeline of what has happened.December, 2023 - The car insurance policy was canceled through the carrier (Clear Cover)December, 2023 - Attempted to call the agent at Ideal Solutions, but the number was disconnected Friday, March 15, 2024 - Saw ACH for broker fee through my credit union.Saturday, March 16, 2024 - Found the main number and attempted to call, no answer.Monday, March 18, 2024 - Called again and asked the fee to be reversed, they explained that we had to notify them 90 days ahead of time. We asked for the contract to be sent over, and it clearly states we only have to give 15 days of notification. The contract also says we are supposed to be charged on the 31st (so they charged us early). If they would have answered the phone on 3/16, we would have notified them 15 days before this due date. The contract also says they will give us 10 days notice if they charge at a different time, so that notice would have given us ample time to notify them that the insurance policy had been canceled. We received no notice.Tuesday, March 17, 2024 - They told us that they would unlikely be able to return our money.Tuesday, March 17, 2024 - Opened a dispute with our credit union.In the end, we didn't renew our insurance, so they didn't provide us a service. This money was charged early, due to the contract, and we made an effort to get it resolved 15 days before they should have charged us.Note that the contract was entered into by ***********************************, but I was the one making the payments on behalf of him. I'm attaching a copy of the agreement that was signed by *********************************** and the agent with Ideal Solutions.

      I just got this notice in the mail from my credit union stating that they have decided it was an improper charge and have refunded me the money.

      I see that you credited the business for resolving the issue. I just want to make it clear that the business didn't do anything to help resolve the concern. I went to my bank to get them to reverse the charge, it was my bank that decided I was correct and so they reversed the charge. So, to be clear, the business didn't do anything to help resolve this issue.  They didn't even respond back to you, at least from what I can see in the history, during the 10 days that you requested they do so. They definitely weren't helpful in getting this resolved, this should be made known to other consumers who might work with them in the future.
