      I enrolled three of my children into this daycare facility while receiving Idaho state funded childcare assistance. I was over charged from the facility my parent portion per what the state advised me I should owe for the services. I reached out to the facility requesting the refund for the over payment as my children no longer attended the daycare. I was originally advised I would receive the complete refund in May which did not happen. I was then advised it would be received in June. I went to the center in June for my refund check at which time it was explained to me that they were only refunding the $350.00 from being double charged in May and that the remaining refund would be returned later. I reached out in late June to check on my remaining refund and was advised it would be issued within the first week of July. Here we are 7/16/2024 with no remaining refund being issues. I have emailed the center multiple times to check on the refund, called the center to talk to the new director about the refund who asked for the letters from the state, emailed her all the letters from the state, and have not heard back since. I attempted to email again today to follow up and tried calling 4 times with no response. I would just like the remaining refund I am owed from the facility.
