My earphones were sold with a 5 year warranty. When the ********* failed well within the warranty period I applied for warranty service, Klim Fusion refuses to honor the warranty because I have applied for warranty service for other earphones I bought from them in the past, but I have never applied for warranty service for the earphones I now own. I am attaching my email correspondence with them , my invoice, their warranty and a photo of the malfunctioning earphones

You have the wrong company. You sent this complaint to Klim Technical Riding Gear, we do not make headphones. We sell Technical gear for Snow Machining and Motorcycle riding.

    Thank you.

On Aug 30, 2022 I purchased a large order $2,275.41 and when arrived noticed a pair of snow googles ($89.95 retail) was included; however, a hat ($39.95 retail) was not. I contacted customer service who was grateful for calling and obtained my information and someone would contact me. I received an email from *************************** requesting I attend a *** location to ship the googles back with prepaid shipping label and they would ship the hat once they received the googles. I was completely shocked they expected me to drive to a *** location and return the googles and then they would ship the hat. ***** stated several times how it was their mistake but insisted i ship the googles back before they send the hat, which I refused and I wanted them to ship what they were supposed to ship. As the days went by, this simple error and minor financial error burdened me with a distaste in how the problem was handled. I continued to dwell on the fact that Klim (large reputable business) that is also know to be on the expensive side would take the position in demanding the googles back. I received no further emails until today (April 24, 2023). The email started: Hi ****, After almost 7 months we have still not received the googles and we shipped the hat on 10/17. If we do not receive these, or a tracking number showing they were shipped, by Friday 4/28. we will be invoicing you for the goggles.. Out of complete surprise and more realistically frustration, I responded too quickly and stated that this will make a good news article and then requested a supervisor contact me. Once again I receive some more threats: We would ask that you return these goggles as promised, or we will hold you financially responsible for them. We provided a prepaid label. If you need another one, we can send one, however we absolutely need these back or we will be charging you for them.I have asked for an invoice as long as I can invoice my time/costs. Request refund full order.

Date of transaction: June 2022 Amount paid to the dealer (*********) a little bit over $1,000 after taxes.********* employee agreed we had a defect in the helmet. The foam inside the helmet is digging in my forehead and giving my a migraine within minutes driving. Also the visor doesn't close all the way. At first I called Klim and the lady I spoke to advise to take a spoon and crush the foam. I asked, would this void the warranty? Her answer was, oh yeah! I decided not to do that. ********* reach to Klim and we sent my helmet and they said they fixed the visor and decline the foam defect. Also refused to send a new liner to see if that would fix the problem, they flat out refused. I called and they refused to acknowledge the problem either. I said I would go further and contact BBB. From that comment they immediately agreed to send me a new liner and gave me a 20% voucher for my next purchase. ( I didn't use the voucher and the new liner did not fix the issue.)I feel they are doing all their possible to not honor their warranty, including giving advice to void the warranty. At this point, the helmet is not safe to use and I am out an entire paycheck for a helmet I can't use. I need your help to get a refund please.Sincerely, ****
