  Elite Restoration are liars and scammers. I hired them for mold mitigation in my basement. I would expect a restoration company to leave a job site better than they found it, but this definitely was not the case. I had to spend 4 hours of my own time cleaning up muddy foot prints throughout the entry to basement, picking up trash, and sweeping and vacuuming the entire basement. I took pictures of how they left the job and took pictures after I had cleaned up their mess. I sent them the photos before I made the final payment to which they responded that they had cleaned up everything and had pictures to prove it. I asked for the pictures they took, and the communication stopped. Weeks went by before I got an email saying they were going to send me to collections and put a lean on my house. I had to call the office again to ask for pictures they claimed they had. Without my knowing they then sent a worker to my house and went inside with out permission to take pictures of a nice clean basement that I cleaned. They trespassed, and took pictures of work I did claiming it was theirs. All I wanted was a "sorry" or "we will compensate you for your time cleaning our mess"; instead they lied and entered my house without permission.

  Hired Elite Restoration in *********, ID to complete remediation and remodel after an in-home flood. Though they completed remediation, they failed to complete remodel work and refuse to acknowledge Homeowners' existence. In short detail: After claiming remodel would take one month to complete sans any delays from outside contractors, Elite was only on-site three days during the first three weeks. They failed to cover any furniture despite assurances before work began and discussion after work began, placed screws on furniture and boxes on screws, damaging personal belongings, performed poor quality work that required demo and redo by alternate contractor, promised to be onsite every day until the job was complete after Homeowners' multiple complaints and still no-showed, and then told Homeowners Carpet One was unable to install carpet for one month so the job would be further delayed. Upon Homeowner's call to Carpet One, they were able to install carpet within two days. When Homeowners called Elite Restoration to discuss this discrepancy, *****************, at Elite, said "I don't have to deal with this. We're walking off the job." Elite has refused to respond to emails or phone calls despite Homeowners' outreach to all levels of management and desire to settle matters outside of court. Without response and/or refund of $10,000 for poor quality work requiring repair and work not completed, Homeowner is now left to ****

  Complete scammers, billed ins for work they didnt do, wont uphold their agreement from prior GM who came to my home and begged me to sign checks to allow them to finish the job while in distress and recovering from a major surgery on pain meds, they are rude, use profanity, and try to intimidate me. Anyone else who has had terrible encounters with this company please contact me. I am going to have to litigate this out. They wont give me the notes added to my account during all the communications, they are not trustworthy or reliable, and I have not seen one ***** back as the prior GM stated as well as ****** said Id get a check in the mail in a week as they werent finishing the job. I want a resolution and my house back, not be taken advantage of because Im a single woman, was in distress, and on high dose pain medication after a major surgery. I couldnt have signed those checks over legally as I was impaired and led to sign the checks allowing them to finish the job under false pretenses. Coerced is the proper term. Completely unacceptable business practices and I wont ever use them again, ever nor will I refer anyone to them.
