    Poor customer service..they want you to buy the extended warranty and than don't hold up the deal...had acouch that had holes when delivered..I sent it back and waited for 6 months to be replaced..now my dryer won't work and it's going on 1 month..keep giving me wrong numbers to call and than said I had no contract..called again and now I have one..they want you to do all the work, like look up parts and send them pictures..what happened to honestly? I will never shop here again and I'll be sure to tell others

    Regarding this complaint above, we do not set the rules that our extended warranty companies have on how a claim is to be filed and how service is to be executed.  We do our best to assist the customer with the service set-up process, but if the customer is unwilling to aide us in the steps the warranty company requires, our hands are tied.  I realize that it may seem like an unnecessary requirement when the warranty company asks for additional information for expediting a claim, but it is their requirement, not ours.
    When the customer came in to start the process, she was unwilling to do what the warranty company was asking so at that point we were not able to assist in the matter.  If she would reach back out to us and be willing to take the necessary steps, I am confident her service issue could be resolved.
