AVB Home Restoration installed my egress windows and remodeled my basement and bathroom. None of the work was done correctly and I absolutely would not recommend anyone using their services.The egress window was not installed properly and wasnt sealed, so when it rained the water poured through the window into the wall and completely flooded the basement. The recently remodeled basement was a complete loss. When contacted, the owner, *********************** said he would contact the window company and see if he could file a claim. It wasnt the window that was defective. It was the unprofessional installation, so this was of no help.In addition, the crown molding wasnt finished at the corners and looks awful, the bathroom flooring wasnt correctly glued and is lifting, hot & cold water installed backwards, toilet not properly installed and moves, rain shower is 6 lower than requested and the list goes on and on.Lastly, AVB Home Restoration is both unreliable and unprofessional. They were to start working at 9:00am and consistently showed up to the job between noon and 5pm. They would work until 11pm and later. They would work a few hours and then leave to work at one of their other 2 businesses or say they were going to eat and not come back.This is the most unprofessional company Ive ever had the misfortune to work with and they do not assist with any problems when contacted about problems.
