      Regarding order number **************. I have an incident number - Incident: 240609-000005 but this still has not been resolved. I purchased 4 items from the Bridal Registry, but the most expensive item (#****) still is not showing as purchased on the registry (the other 3 items are). I have received numerous responses from customer service, but the first 4 kept telling me I didn't buy from the registry and to return the item and re-purchase from the registry. Finally someone said they would forward the issue, but it still is not resolved. I do not want someone else to buy this item. The Shower is in mid July, so this needs to be fixed soon.

We have worked with out Tech Support Team to correct this error. The item is now marked off the registry.       Case ID is ************* have a small online bookstore with five dedicated employees. We sell legitimate used books from legal resale suppliers. We recently received a "counterfeit violation" on the Amazon platform for a used Pampered Chef book that we listed. Amazon takes these violations very seriously and we are at risk of having our account suspended.I am writing to ask if I could appeal to your good nature and kindly ask that you retract the complaint against us (ASIN B0007PSCW6). We have deleted and closed the listing and have no desire to have the product reinstated. We simply want the complaint removed from our Account Health. Additionally, our database software manager has a comprehensive BLACKLIST of publishers, ISBNs, and key words that prevent us from listing items that are not compliant. We have added Pampered Chef to the Blacklist and will never be able to list it again. We will no longer list/resell any Pampered Chef branded items in the future.We kindly ask for a retraction. Thank you for your time.

      We apologize for the inconvenience this customer is experiencing. We use a third party to monitor counterfeit products. All products found that are not authenticated are flagged as counterfeit. When a product is flagged as counterfeit the customer receives a notice from Amazon with instructions on how to either remove the listing or provide authentication to our third party. We have confirmed the customer's listing as an infringement. Since the listing has been removed, the customer can also provide the counter notice to Amazon and our third party to withdraw the complaint.

We reached out to our third party to assist with this complaint. Since the listing has been removed, the only way our third party can withdraw the complaint is if the customer fills out the form that provides the counter notice to Amazon and our third party.       Marketing emails from pampered chef. The emails are not wanted and are considered spam. I want them to stop.The unsubscribe link on the bottom of the email does not work. I've clicked on it hundreds of times. Conversations with the consultant are non productive. She claims that she has no control over her email list.Phone call to the pampered chef corporate toll free number resulted in no action. They claimed the emails would stop but they have not.This has been going on for months. The local consultant is unable to correct the problem since it is believed to be a corporate/email vendor issue at this point.

      July 14, 2023 I had a Pampered Chef online Party with a new consultant ******************* and executive director *********************. The consultant ******************* was extremely bossy and harassed me to be in my online Party at all times. She even was very upset with the Directors suggestions and told me to delete all the director suggested to do. To the point of me asking the Director to cancel my party. Which I believe was done on July 18 th 2023. However , I learned that my party was canceled but they took upon themselves to contact my family and friends to sell product and book parties. After, I had asked the Director not to do or let ******************* do so. I want to make sure that any benefit they got from my friends or family is reimbursed to myself and pampered chef only according to Pampered Chefs ethical consideration.

      I placed an on line order for products for the Quick cooker and miraculously was signed up as a consultant. I emailed the Solution Resolution team and was advised to call Pampered Chef for resolve. I called Pampered Chef on TWO separate occasions to resolve this because I in NO WAY signed up to be a Consultant for their company. I was advised a Supervisor would call me back and no one has. How can this happen???? I want the additional charge reversed off of our bank account AND I never received ANY consultant kit to which they advised I only needed to return. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! After YEARS of being a loyal customer, I have a very bad taste in my mouth after contacting them the day after I placed my online order for actual order placed and receiving a Consultant related email. I request IMMEDIATE resolve!

      I am a seller on Amazon and listed a Pampered Chef ceramic egg cooker on Amazon. I am selling it as I have never used it, I sell many things on Amazon that I am gifted and just do not need or want.Pampered Chef submitted a complain to Amazon against me stating I am selling a counterfeit egg cooker. this is incorrect ands defamation of my name/seller account on Amazon.I emailed to to repeal this and they stated I needed valid proof of the authenticity of the item by proving a receipt or invoice for purchase. This is guilty to be proven innocent and as stated defamation of my character. I replied to them they they should prove it is counterfeit before defaming someone cant causing them to potentially lose their Amazon account.My next step will be court. I want this removed with Amazon against my name immediately and a formal apology in writing. This has cause me a fair amount of stress and anxiety as well as really upset me to have my name besmirched in such a way.

      Between 2005-2008, I purchased an Easy Access Decorator from a consultant. My purchase was made under a former name and an email (i have since forgotten). Since then, I moved 2x and the item was used less than 5x. It was stored in a box and I recently discovered that I still had it. When I went to use it, the pieces come apart. I don't have a receipt but I remember attending pampered chef parties, paying more than the customary amount for items because I believed they were higher quality and I was told they had a lifetime warranty.I chatted today about the decorator and the issues I had with it. The gentleman I chatted with was dismissive and rude. In addition, he tried to sell me a newer version AND tried to get me to host a party!Pampered Chef is misleading consumers. The promise of a lifetime warranty is still widely believed by the public. At no time did I ever hear a consultant say only some items have lifetime warranties. I wasn't requesting a new item. I wanted the piece that is failing. An item that would cost the company maybe 25.

      I am rejecting this response because: 

      I am a 62 year old woman who have attended many Pampered Chef parties thought the last ***** years. I have purchased items under false pretenses. Some of the items I own include 2 pizza stones with wire racks, two garlic presses, a chopper, cookware and more. During the presentations representatives have stated that the items have a lifetime warranty. This company misrepresents their warranty. 

      I have asked neighbors and family what they believe the warranty is on Pampered Chef products. Each has said Lifetime.  Pampered Chef should be required to 

      1. Make good on the misrepresented warranties

      2. Inform and educate their representatives that Pampered Chef items are not under lifetime warranties.

      As a side note, I'm sure many purchasers would not purchase items that have warranties that are shorter and less than other inexpensive brands. This supports my claim that their warranties are being misrepresented

      Once again, Pampered Chef company did not address the fact that their representatives mislead purchasers by stating that all products have lifetime warranties. Many people who I have asked regarding the warranties as well as complaints on-line state the same issue. 

      I would like my item replaced (because their representative mislead me at the time of purchase) and a policy addressing the information given to buyers at their home parties.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Representatives mislead purchasers like myself and state that products have lifetime warranties. Most complaints that I have read on-line specifically state this fact. Therefore, I would like to see documentation on training of employees stating that their products come with 2 year warranties. If they can't provide this, then I would like to see that they have informed employees to review their warranties before presenting false information to customers. 

      Pampered Chef products are more expensive than comparable products purchased from brick and mortar stores. Representatives tell customers that the quality and warranty of the products is the reason their products cost more.

      For the most part, I've been happy with items I've purchased. (Two pizza stones and racks, garlic press, chopper etc) This item is sub-par and has been seldom used before malfunctioning.

      Also, because the warranty of my item(s) was misrepresented, it would be smart business practice to replace the item with a clarification on Pampered Chef warranties.

      At this point, I am receiving the same reply re-worded. I would appreciate if a PP representative actually addressed my issues and not respond with the same regurgitated response.

      I made a purchase for $227.59 on December 16th that did not include the discount I had earned. My consultant then fixed it but the purchase did not return to my cart for me to reprocess. Instead its been stuck in limbo with the charge on hold through PayPal. I confirmed PayPal cannot do anything because Pampered Chef refuses to release it. To not s**** up the party, my friend and consultant recreated my order under my account and paid for it with her card. I just needed them to release the funds so I called and was told that discount was not supposed to be applied (but that representative was incorrect according to how the promotion is presented on the official website. Because no order number was generated, she could not cancel the order and issue my money back but she could do it for the one my consultant just put through. She did but then it would s**** up the party. I let her reorder it. Her money was back on her card in two days. PayPal was trying to figure out what is going on but so far no luck. I need to return everything from this party and MY party so that I can cover the cost of this stupid charge they wont release and pay back my friend! No one responded to the email I sent about this incorrect charge. Instead the company just gets to steal my money or I have to pay for this mistake myself. I am asking for a full refund of everything just so I can make this right! I also wish to be compensated for hours of my time and my friends time trying to help me fix this issue! Pampered Chef needs to hire people that know what they are doing! Ive included the email for the order that disappeared and the charge to PayPal thats on hold!

The original order was canceled causing the pending charge with PayPal. We reached out to PayPal for assistance with voiding the pending charge prior to its intended expiration on 1/11/2023. PayPal has voided the charge, and the customer should have access to the funds in 2/4 business days.
